Until last year, my daughter's insurance was excellent. I'm not sure what has happened, however, a simply approval for oral surgery, since May of 2024, has yet to be sent to the dentist. The case worker keeps lying saying it's been sent to the provider and when I call the dentist, they are saying it has not been received. It sucks to have this insurance now and the sad fact that a disabled person can't get the help needed. Un freaking believable!

I've been enrolled on Simply More since 2023. It was going to be a convenient way to get my teeth implants and eye care...or so I thought. While Simply says I have my implants guaranteed, it's up to the subcontracted dental insurance to say no. The eye care list of "providers" is a bad joke. Of course next year they won't see me around. 1 star for having my PCP and for my only one monthly prescription.
Super disappointed and aggravated!

I have simply lately I been getting sent to doctors a half hour from my home and these doctors no longer take simply. Simply needs to update that also my dental was decent last year then now they took what I need done away. 2025 what else is simply changing. one more thing how can you eat on 175 a month with groceries being so high. I'm on a diet because I'm pre-diabetic this does cover a good amount but it last 2.5 weeks and then I go to my neighbors and eat because I'm out of food. plus transportation has been scheduled and they never show I end up late and have to use lyft

Simply Platinum has been there for me so far. I have been a member for over a year and I enjoy the choice of doctors, the $0 copay, the full coverage on many of my drugs, and their other benefits. I switched from aHumana who had the worst care and to much time to approve medications. I would reccomend Simply, if you can afford it,.. Himana is all I know to compare it to. There may be other plans but for now I think they are very good

Honestly the worst healthcare i’ve ever had. I can’t find a single doctor close to home. All doctors that take this healthcare are 40+ miles away. They sent me a list and almost all the doctors do not accept simply. The name of this insurance is misleading. Absolutely ridiculous not even Urgent care accepts this. So much for insurance.

Have been trying to make an appointment request for a representative to come to my home. The first person called me back a day later. I was unable to talk to her at that time and ask to call me later. A week later I still waiting for that call. I call again and they told me an agent Lumina Jimenez would call me for an appointment. Did not receive that call. I called again today someone from the call center could only give me information over the phone. He did try to help and sent an email to another agent Nora Gonzalez. I hope she calls soon since I am leaving on vacation in a few days and I’m trying for plan to be active on the first of the month.
After writing If this is how they treat possible clients, I will look elsewhere.

They think they’re slick. They denied paying my pain medication Tuesday, August 20, so I appealed their decision. I was advised I would be informed of their decision in 72 hours. Did not call. Do not care. AVOIDANCE is their “Modus operendi!” Same tactic when I placed a claim for reimbursement of a hand brace prescribed by my hand surgeon! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE🤬Note: both these items claimed were only $30! End of the month means very little cash. Took a chance of contacting someone for an answer and used their SYDNEY app. I finally received an answer. Quoted me a Medicare paragraph, blah, blah. I spent 10 years of my Life working in a Personal Injury Office that is why I filed an Appeal. HOW they chose to APPLY the Law is the matter! PAIN MEDICATION is PAIN MEDICATION in any shape or form🤬 I thank my lucky ⭐️ that I do not have a Life-threatening condition. All this for a medicine that costs $31.00! AND MUGH NEEDED (I have a screw which got loose from a plate setting a fracture!) This means chronic pain 24/7. They sent me paper forms to appeal, which I threw away. Why waste my time on something that will be denied This the “Down side” of this Company. “Up” side is they cover dental implants through Liberty Mutual - who approved the implants but not the bone graft(?) Dentist at SAGE DENTAL gave me graft, because it didn’t make sense. And, Transportation.
Only $150 a month on Food card though

Simply doesn't follow up with this clinic and they keep doing whatever.
For more than 4 times and different dates Center Well kept doing the referrals wrong for a simple MRI, even Dr. William Suarez said he gave the staff specific instructions on how to do it.
So Simon Med Image refused to do the MRI, didn't offer to contact Center Well to get it corrected. Had to reschedule again and again for my mom who is an elderly woman.
Today May 14 Center Well did it wrong AGAIN ! For a body PET scan that the same doctor ordered, and obviously Simom Med Image didn't care, they just refused the service instead of get it corrected.
So we spent hours on the phone trying to get it fix, but wasted time because you get the call center and not the clinic.
So now we have to pray and wait until who knows when and make another appointment.
I wonder who is the owner.....
These issues aren't new, you can see the review from Enid Santiago a year ago and other people, but the problem continues.
I DON'T understand why Simply Health Care assigned this company to Medicare providers, so I have to blame them for putting the elderly through HELL by requesting referrals and assigning a clinic that doesn't care to do the referrals correct.
I will get another medical insurance for my mom that doesn't require ANY referrals.
