I was very comfortable when I was seen at my apptment at SìmonMed Imaging . I had issues with my phone logging me in and front Desk receptionist went above and beyond and got me taken care of in minutes, and 5mins in waiting, I was called to begin my test. The nurse explained what procedure was scheduled and the process and was very professional in handling me without me worried. I had an Ultrasound and that went well without any mistakes.
5 mins into waiting for the report, I was back in with the staff and given my results clearly as to what was seen and the results were all negative, I was in the clear of any danger to my health.
I will need to be seen every 6 Mos with a follow up there to make sure there are no changes in the area of concern. With how I felt going there, not knowing what was going to be done to me, the staff and nurses made me feel very at ease and I trusted them.

My appointment was on time! The front desk staff are courteous. My MRI conductor Glenna was friendly and kind! She thoroughly explained the process prior to commencing the procedure. She explained what each phase of the process would consist of and how my body would respond to the contrast intravenous into my bloodstream. She explained this prior, during and after my procedure. She completely answered all of my questions that I had concerning my procedure. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. Thank you Glenna!

Very friendly, professional staff. The person assisting me with my CT Scan walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. I was very impressed with the service received. Let's face it, customer service is not what it used to be these days. SimonMed is an exception. Great job!!! 👍 🤗

Brian The guy who gave me my MRI tried to convince me I didn’t need an MRI with and without contrast as ordered by my doctor.He said I didn’t need both and wanted to know why my dr would do that. He asked why I was getting the MRI and what my symptoms were and how long have I been having my condition. I only gave him simple answers. He then said let’s just do one and get a base line. He asked several times not to do both.
Why do I have to explain this to him. I thought I came there to get an MRI. I am not a Dr. and I do not know what scans I need. My doctor has been in his field for many, many years and I trust him. Brian knows nothing about my health conditions. It made me feel very uncomfortable, awkward and I didn’t know what to say to him being put on the spot.
To add to that ,my husband was in the back waiting room looking at Craig’s list and Brian came out and yell at him telling him to turn it down. My husband said what are you talking about. Brian just yelled at him again saying turn it down and walked away. My husband was mad because he didn’t do anything wrong. He walk to a lady that work there and said what is he talking about. She said to my husband sorry that was me playing on my phone. My husband told her to tell him it was her and not him. So she did. Brian said to her “ oh it was OK if it was you. I thought it was the guy in the Waiting room.”This was not a good experience for me and I don’t know if I ever wanna come back.

You had better be a nice thin supermodel before you go to this place. They give you a note parameters when you come here. Twice they have told me to come and then disqualified me because I was too big for their small machine. I am 6 ft and 300 They knew this when I came here the last time, The MRI tech is very rude and obviously thought this whole thing was funny me

This company needs to do a reform! 4X’s my doctor sent a fax and it was confirmed they received but each time I went never got it! So I hand delivered one to them and finally got my appointment and the day of the appointment was told they couldn’t do it cause I had a nuclear stress test and have to reschedule! The receptionist knew I just got done with the nuclear stress test and should have told me that it had to be 10 days out! I think their whole office needs to be reformed to meet the needs of their clients!
