Considering that all imaging facilities are tightly scheduled with patients that require more time for intake than given, they handle a room full of people with grace.
The medical/tech staff is caring and compassionate. Thank you! My experience was very good. I would recommend with warning to be patient and relax.

Didn’t start off well. I can in for a 1:45 appt that some how got mixed up. I walked in and had one person in front of me. That person was taken care of and you would expect a “hello I’ll be with you in a sec” but nothing. They had five people behind the counter. I was standing for about 2 minutes until a Spanish guys acknowledged me and ask if I was being helped. I stated I haven’t even received a hello!

He took care of me and made the experience better. Listen for the amount of money they take in for a MRI you would expect more.

I had an appointment and I didn't have to wait long for my Dexa Scan lady came for me. She was very nice and professional. She then took me to the other area for my Mammogram. The lady there was very gentle and professional. There was no long waiting. I always like to go to this office for my annual Check up.🤭

Mamogram today… did not feel a thing. My technician was wonderful! This is the first time I that I was not in any pain from the pressure from the mammogram machine!! She was a MASTER at what she does! This was on March 13. I did not remember her name, but her hair is almost down to her knees! The front desk was great. I was able to get an appointment on the same day/walking in. I did wait about an hour, but I know that I wouldn’t go to any other place because the staff was wonderful. A lot of patients in the waiting area may have had a longer wait but, in the long run, the personal touch and the time spent during the procedure makes up for it. My technician was caring, thoughtful, experienced, and personable. The front desk personnel were very busy working with incoming patients needing scheduling. I commend them! The front desk area for the staff could use a new rug and possibly a plexiglass partition between the staff and patients for health reasons and would keep patients hearing any patient/personal information from being heard by patients in the waiting area. like phone calls for appointments etc. This imaging place deserves 10 stars!! Thank you!!

Thank you to SimonMed and your remarkable team at the West Colonial Drive location. I brought my 84 y/o dad in for an x-ray after having left directly from an appointment with his podiatrist. I didn’t have his wheelchair with me, but I didn’t have to worry because staff provided one for me to use. Checking in was easy, the wait was short, and the staff from the front desk to the x-ray room were courteous and friendly! I especially appreciated the ability to walk in because my dad chooses not to go out for much more than doctor appointments. I’m a working caregiver, so I was grateful that I didn’t have to schedule another appointment and come back instead, I was able to get it done while already out!

I went there yesterday for a breast biopsy and I was super nervous. The assistant Olga and Dr. Usmani were beyond amazing. They went above and beyond to get the care and answers I needed. I can’t thank them enough for all the great work they did and the compassionate way of handling my needs. You two have given me the best care I’ve gotten in a long long time. I live an hour away in St. Cloud but I know exactly where I’m going if I ever need imaging/biopsy again.

They ARE very efficient with fairly quick service, but there's not enough seating.
Parents should not be allowed to drag the whole family in. There's seating in the lobby.
It's time to spruce the facility too. Paint?

Regardless, this is my choice for all scans, xrays, and mammogram. The staff is great.

I had a good experience for my test. The tech was very nice and did a thorough job. I appreciate the details she provided for my doctors who will benefit from the information. The wait was not unreasonable and the staff in front were efficient. I appreciated the kindness as well.
