This is one of many mammograms I have had at this facility, but this time was different. The front desk is always nice and I get taken in a timely manner. I usually have the same technician and she is wonderful. This time my technician was not very friendly and almost seemed angry. She made me wait while she worked on something on her computer and then when she did do my mammogram she was rough and rude at times. I don’t ever want her again!

Front desk personnel were efficient and engaged with patients. There were several patients who were elderly and needed assistance walking to the exam rooms and the staff was very kind and helpful. My technician was very personable and helped me relax. I was very nervous about the IV. It was painless and it did not even leave a mark-seriously!. She explained the procedure fully which really helped reassure me.

My experience with Front desk personnel were very efficient and engaged with me and other patients. My technician wasn’t very personable BUT professional and helped me through . I actually had a glitch with billing and they sent me to collections which I was very troubled. Going into building explaining what has happened they was apologetic and re-entered both of my insurance info. I enjoy going to Simon Med Imaging and Recommend it. Mistake happen, professionalism is Important to me a former healthcare professional..

Terrible! I've taken off work twice now only for SimonMed to cancel my appointment. Now my paycheck is short and still going to have to take more time off to attempt ANOTHER appointment.
They text and email me to remind about appointment but won't do either to let you know they are once again not going to fulfill the appointment!

We brought our mom 92 years old and waiting more than one hour fasting since 6am the lady at the counter just said “we are 45 minutes behind schedule “
No apologies and is 1:30pm with our appointment at 12:00

Sharon the Xray tech was great, review is not reflective of her service. Had to wait over an hour for X-rays because they don’t take appointments for X-rays only walk-ins. If people are waiting that long as a walk in might want to consider appointments for X-rays or hire additional staff!

I had a CT scan today and Tiffany was my technician. She was very pleasant, efficient, and it was a great experience. In addition, my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. She got me in early and I was finished at 2:01! If I need additional services, I will be back. Thank you Tiffany.

I had the worst experience with your front desk and you know what if I can’t make my payment and I’ve been waiting for and I don’t get paid for certain amount of days. She was very smug. I will never go back and do my test through sign that I will go to AZ Tech or somewhere else Bad customer service. Bad
