I was informed that Simon Imaging would be open until 5 PM, so I made a point to rush to the Apache Junction Imaging Center, arriving at 3:45 PM. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that they were not taking any more x-rays for the day and that I would need to return tomorrow at 8:30 AM. I promptly called the appointment center and filed a complaint. The representative assured me she scheduled an appointment for me the next day at 10 AM.

When I arrived at 10 AM, the staff at the Apache Junction center told me that they do not take appointments and that it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with wait times generally ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. In reality, I ended up waiting only about 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise, and I was able to get my x-ray done efficiently. The x-ray technician was competent and professional; while not overly chatty, she was effective in performing what was needed.

However, the front counter staff seemed to lack the necessary customer service skills. It felt as if they were more focused on their roles rather than on providing a positive experience for the patients. The technician, in contrast, expressed genuine thanks for my visit, which made a notable difference.

I recognize that Simon Imaging plays an essential role, especially since many doctors' offices may struggle to keep pace with modern x-ray technology and staffing. That said, the customer service experience felt reminiscent of fast food in terms of satisfaction.

It’s also worth considering whether staff shortages or other operational issues led to the irregularities I faced. Overall, while I wasn't entirely pleased with the experience, I did manage to return the next day and get the necessary x-ray completed. Thank you.

This establishment was clean and neat. The two check in ladies I think could have been more friendly. But working with the public is a pain. The check in ladies set the atmosphere of this establishment. When your not friendly makes the patient grumpy Especially if your not feeling well. Now the X-ray tech was bubble and friendly. Overall I would rate this a 9 out of 10.

I arrived for my CT and was greeted right away by the front desk staff. The last dealt with was very friendly and efficient. However, when I was called back for my CT, Theodore was not very friendly. He barely acknowledged me when we got into the room. Just basically like I wasn’t even there. I have a hard time sometimes getting on the table. Luckily my husband was there to help as I’m not sure I would have gotten any from Theodore.

I had a mammogram and ultrasound on my left breast because I found a lump. The lady who performed my mammogram was very nice. My ultrasound lady was also great and did her job well. I was thrilled to find out I had nothing to worry about!

I went to this Simonmed today and was greeted by Candice. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go to this simonmed
From now on thanks to Candice. She was so nice to other patients as well. Also the X-ray tech, Zooey was very nice and professional. It’s nice to be treated like a real person. Keep up the good work Candice and Zooey.

Good experience. My appointment was rescheduled, with very little notice. The wait time was fair. The MRI technician was very nice. A copy was said to be immediately available, but I was told I'd have to wait in line to pick it up. The line was 7 people deep, and it would've taken at least 45 minutes to get it. There should be a bypass lane for test results.

The black man with a beard. Was rude to me and the lady ahead of me In the waiting room when calling us. The front desk can attest to this. Then he was extremely Kurt with me because I was concerned and was asking questions. He had very little patience and both this lady and myself were hard of hearing. He wore a mask so it was difficult for me even with my hearing aids.i think he needs training in handling patents who have serious concerns

Wow! I arrived early so my insurance had plenty of time to approve my procedure before my appointment. Once I was taking back, the technician was amazing. She was super friendly and compassionate and made me feel great. I was in and out of my appt within 15 minutes.
