A few techs just call out to you in the gallery and then point to a door. It confused a lot of other patients and most of the time no one met them at the door. Not a great way to instill confidence. It was very disorganized and messy. You definitely feel like something on a conveyor belt not a person who will be cared for.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time at this place. They do not know how to do their job. So many frustrated people in the lobby. They are unorganized and unprofessional.

Waited over 3 hours to get MRI done. They said they were running behind. The entire process was over 4 hours. It should have been 40 -60 minutes total. The seating area gets super crowded. Would not recommend this location.

Is this place in the USA or in a third world country? . Having recently visited a third world country, even they have better private healthcare facilities. Simon Med must improve their waiting area, their staff services, their efficiency and competency in order to get even two stars.

Very slow moving employees came for X-rays and sat in lobby waiting for 2 hours in the whole 2 hours I think they called about 4 patients that's really bad never will I ever be back to this place

No control of people inside the facility. No precautions for Covid. Lack of higiene inside the facility and restrooms. I will never come back to this place. Customer service awful.

Esta gente no es profesional , poco ética , no saben traducir, pides opiniones y te mienten aparte te son groseros y rudos , mala higiene , no entreguen su salud a esas personas , NO SON PROFESIONALES. sin duda mi peor experiencia en SimónMed.. // If your doctor tells you simonMed !!! Run!!! These people are not professional, unethical, they do not know how to translate, you ask for opinions and they lie to you apart, they are rude, poor hygiene, they do not give their health to those people, they ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.
