I would love to rate this place more than one star because it is my primary care physician. But i decided to go with one star because they were a little bit unprofessional on my visit on 11/27/24. I had a appointment for 10:15 am, once checked in after 10 mins I got my vitals checked and still hadn’t seen Dr Gonzalez yet being that I had been waiting from 10:25 am to 10:46 am. That’s why I said I want to give more stars cause it’s my pcp but they is a lil unprofessional for me. Triggers my anxiety real bad! I want go there unless it’s an absolute medical crisis going on that I need to see my primary care for! Thanks for making me feel less then I felt when I came to my appt

We had a very good experience with Simedhealth in Gainesville, being new to America and our health insurance not being the most helpful, we were very grateful to the attentive staff! Especially Christina in appointments, being prompt and taking time to call us back when necessary. All the girls on reception, especially Amanda were welcoming. Dr. Justin Harrell was exceptional and knowledgeable. Thank you all!

I have been going to SIMED for 3 years and my Primary Care Physcian Dr. Elder is the best (PCP) I've ever had. He is attentive to health needs and takes time to do a thorough assesment. Most of all he is personable. He treats his patients with dignity and professionalism. I dont feel like a number when I go here. The medical assistants and clerks are also great. Im thankful for the people that work here. They really do their best in providing a postive patient experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a positive patient experience and a team of staff that value and respect their patients.

I like Dr. Osvaldo Rodriguez. He's prompt and concerned, but also easy to talk to.
I will say that if you go there and you're already sick, you will be treated like a leper and kicked out promptly by whoever is at the front desk and the office manager. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Office staff messed up my appointment last week. I already paid co payment and was told to reschedule with Dr. Lim this week. Called to make an appointment this week and was told she couldn’t see me until August. Absolutely poor customer service on two interactions.

My primary Dr. is Dr Lim, and colleen and I have been trying to get in to see one of them and they’re always booked way out, and it’s difficult to get an appointment, and to get a phone call returned. It takes days. I like both Drs. but my health is more important than popularity, and liking the doctors.

Horrible service. They were rude to my husband when he went to see them (it was the nurse, not the doctor). Just now I called because my husband is very ill, and the receptionist I spoke to to get in contact with the on-call doctor was incredibly rude and belittling. Get better people to answer your phones. I’m just sorry I didn’t get her name so I could file a complaint to this office directly.

I drive all the way from Orlando to Gainesville just to been seen by SIMED health because there really is no one better. This office is full of people who really care. I have been trying to pinpoint issues with my health for years, and no physician has truly listened and cared the way Michelle Green has. She is dedicated to finding solutions and caring for her patients, not just putting a bandaid on the problem. SIMED health absolutely goes the extra mile to provide peace of mind and authentically care for their patients.
