I have yet to meet with this Dr. because she does not show up to scheduled appointments. I have wasted hours of sick time with my job trying to meet with her. My 1st appointment I waited a half an hour before calling her office only to find another 15 minutes later that she was out she was out sick and nobody canceled my appointment. I was rescheduled for a month later. Today my appt was at 8:45 am and I decided not to wait & call 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. At around 9am I was told she was in office but nobody could get a hold of her. I was told to wait a few more minutes for her to show up. I called again at 9:15 (30 minutes from scheduled appt time) and was told that her staff was unsure if she was in office. It's currently 9:30 am (45 minutes from scheduled appointment time, and she has still NOT showed up. For being a high risk Dr, I have concerning medical needs to be met and this is very unprofessional. Highly disappointed.

After finally meeting with her, she made my concerns feel validated and appears to have my best interest when it comes to my health. It sounds like she will be a good advocate & take care of me. I only wish I had the opportunity to meet with her sooner & on proper terms.
*2nd UPDATE*
I was given lots of information for this visit and was told by Dr. Parmar that all of the information would be available in my notes tab on my health online so I wouldn'thave to remeber it. It's been almost a week since my appointment and I have yet to receive my after visit notes. I reached out to her team and they said she hasn't finished typing them yet. I have NEVER had a provider at Sutter not submit after visit notes within 1 hour of my appointment. I am being denied access to my personal and time sensitive information. This is completely unacceptable anymore. I've reached out for my notes twice. Please follow up.

Dr. Parmar made my dreams of becoming a mother come true. When my pregnancy ran into trouble she acted quickly to save my son and give him the best chance. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth and can connect with her patients. She practices on the side of caution instead of just “wait and see” and I appreciate her for that. She is direct and will tell you the honest answer to your questions and will also tell you if she doesn’t have an answer to it. I will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did to make this pregnancy a success, FINALLY! Modesto & Sutter Health needed her and I’m so glad she’s here.
