Great customer service! I went in to renew my EMT certificate this afternoon. There were two customer service representatives to assist me with the transaction. They processed my documents, answered the questions I had at the kiosk, took my payment, and had me out the door in 15-20 minutes. Renewing your EMT card is never fun, but these guys make it as easy as possible.

We were coming onto S. Whitney in Rocklin, a few minutes ago, and had to slam on our brakes, sliding on a rainy road, to stop at a four way Stop Sign for a Sierra Emergency Truck with its red lights on, but no sound. It was going through all the stop signs and red lights, we know because we were right behind them, heading home. But then, instead of going down Taylor toward the Hospital, it turned it's emergency lights off, and turned left into where they have the office, here in Rocklin. There was no emergency! They could have caused us to get in a wreck, and risked thier own, and others lives, needlessly, driving like that! I don't trust a Driver that would be so careless. This Driver would have puled in at about 9:20 Friday, Dec 23, 2016.
