I had a MRI of my left hand done. I lived over an hour away and traffic was an issue that day of course, So I called to let them know I may arrive a few minutes late. I was told to just be safe and they'd see me soon. When I arrived there were 4 people in the front staff area, one turned around and even commented oh great you made it. The staff were all attentive to my concerns.

Horrible experience. Waited over 3 hours.
Never got a phone call to let me know they were behind if not I wouldn’t have shown up.
Do not recommend coming ever again. If I could leave 0 stars I would but I have to click a star. Staff is friendly but there is no need for long wait times epically when needing to fast including no water.

I had an ultrasound, and the front office staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. My ultrasound tech was very sweet, and understanding with my questions. She was also very gentle and took her time. I felt like the only patient, and like my feelings and experience mattered. I highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice and professional. They were able to get my mom in, in a timely manner. The sonographer appeared extremely knowledgeable. We had a good experience.

Worst experience ever and the staff were incompetent. I went for an MRI and the first time, the technician didn’t think to tell me that if I could wait another minute the procedure would be complete instead he just pulled me out and me scheduled, second time they were an hour and half behind schedule so I rescheduled again. Third time I clearly explained that I wanted to be informed between each cycle how much time was on the next cycle and how much total time left in the MRI and clearly explained why. Obviously the technician didn’t read the notes or their was no note, either way important relevant information was never any consideration which is malpractice, patient made clear instructions and those instructions were either not properly documented or it was documented and not reviewed for its significance.
