Been a patient for years, all the sudden they don't know if they are the primary care provider listed on my insurance. Took my information with the promise to call back with the needed referral once they verified my information with insurance. After waiting almost three weeks to hear back I ended up switching doctors offices. My new doctors office returns phone calls same day, has friendly staff and quickly scheduled my first appointment. So I guess this review should include a thank you, because I found a better fit for my family.

Absolutely terrible. I would take waiting in the ER for 12 hours over ever going here again. It takes on average about a month to get an appointment. The office is disgustin and run down. For a urine sample, the asked me to pee in a Dixie cup! The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and the "doctors" (I'm pretty sure the people they call doctors are just nurse practicioners) rush you out of the appointment. To top it all off, Sharma (my "doctor") refused to refill my antidepressant medication until I came in to be seen, oh but they couldn't see me for 3 weeks. This caused extremely dangerous withdrawal symptoms and suicidal thoughts. So much for the hippocratic oath.

The only reason I go here is because of Dr. Sharma. I've known her for over 20 years the one doctor that sits down looks at me and listens. I agree the office is very out dated not super sparkling but I'm not going for the decor. The nurses are not so professional and yes every time you call your put on hold. I've experienced that with many offices, but Dr.Sharma has addressed all my medical needs been referred to spine specialist and also pain management doctor and am going through treatment. Have been treated with respect and kindness. Never have had problems getting my medication. Sorry you all had bad experiences.

Forced to go here by my insurance company. The staff is very rude. They take your vitals in groups of three or four patients, which is quite uncomfortable. The doctor has a bad attitude and looks at everyone like they are lying. The office can't seem to call in prescriptions when they say they will, nor are they capable of submitting referrals to specialists without constant reminders. I've literally been waiting for 6 months with a herniated disk in my spine because this place can't get their act together. Horrible.

Was prescribed medications and told to pick up at my pharmacy later that evening. Pharmacy never received the medications. After coming home I called Sierra to see what was going on, I was advised they would be sent to pharmacy asap. Again, not sent. When I called to express my concern, I was hung up on 4 times and had to keep calling back. I'm left without medication at the current writing of this message.

On top of this, the week prior when having my blood work done I expressed I'm susceptible to passing out during blood draws, they proceeded to draw my blood in a chair. A few minutes later I woke up on the hard floor, apparently I had passed out and fell out of the chair - hitting the floor. The other patients in the room showed great concern for me which was nice because as I was coming to, my doctor was walking right by me and did not even stop to check on me... just walked on by.

Needless to say, I will not be returning

This office is HORRIBLE! not only does it smell bad and looks dirty but the medical staff is incompetent. The medical assistant could not spell and would ask me how to spell everything and the "doctor" or lack thereof didn't even care to help me first she blamed not having records when I had them all sent over not even two seconds after saying that the nurse walks in with my records and she didn't even look at them she did not care that I was in extreme pain or that I have been having major problems that needed immediate attention all she wanted was blood work. I left a complaint that got addressed a week later and come to find out they never cared to get the blood work submitted for results. That was the first and last time being seen there I've already switched doctors and will never step foot in that place ever again because it's a nightmare. I feel bad for anyone that goes there because they obviously aren't getting the medical care they need.

I have been coming here for 5 years and it is horrible! Only reason I kept going back is because I was always too busy to find another doctor! Dr. Sharma and Dr. Khana are the worst! They are very judgmental about your health condition and I felt like a nuisance. I waited over 2 hours from my original apt. time just to be seen! And then Dr. Khana didn't even know why I was there! And after I explained he didn't even prescribe me the medication I needed and just told me to lose weight! I WAITED 2 HOURS TO BE TOLD I'M OVERWEIGHT AND I'M STILL IN PAIN. He just sent me home thinking I'm just some kid pill popping or something! I will definetly be going to a different doctor because I am still in pain.

Called at 9am for an emergency appt and they said they had opening at 11:45. We were here 11:30. At 1:45 was finally put into an exam room. When I complained about the 2hour wait I was told “sorry, but there were 13 patients this morning.” So in 4:45hrs only 12 patients were seen. This place is ridiculous!!! Find another doctors office if you can!! Otherwise be prepared to waste the better part of your day in the office. Oh yeah, I heard receptionist say a patient only has a 15 minute window to be late! Wish I could give this place a —2 stars.
