Im a nurse at a long term care facility and can't say enough about the transport services provided, especially Ron #19. He is always so professional but also pleasant and cordial when bringing patients to our facility. He is very patient when the receiving nurse is not immediately available. We started using Shuttliner over a year ago, to transport my sister from the nursing home to outside doctor appointments. From the very start, Shannon the scheduler has been so easy to talk to. Her understanding and compassion have made all the difference for me coordinating my sisters care. They are able to transport her in a stretcher as well when needed. It's also been life changing for my sister to get transportation for any outside event, like shopping or restaurants too! Huge thanks to Luis for going above and beyond during my brother's transport. He ensured my brother, a tracheostomy patient, had the oxygen he needed when the facility staff failed to prepare it. Ambulance ride from TVH to Ocala. These men were the best! Asked for disco music got that and lights! Greatest limo ride of my life. The men were very careful & very professional. UPDATE: had 2 have another trip back home asap. Got immediate pickup by Carrie. She picked me up asap by herself! Loaded 10 bags of mine, got me very comfy and safe, excellent ride, such a wonderful professional woman/employee/goddess! Awesome company! Top notch!

My aunt needed long distance transportation and I was warned that it would be expensive. I got my money's worth. The facility that my aunt came from failed to communicate with the receiving facility that she needed oxygen. The driver allowed us to keep the tank until an oxygen concentrator could be obtained. German was very caring and Robert went above and beyond what was required.
