Very glad that Dr. Woodard is in my network. He is very caring and to the point, which is hard to come by. Both his medical assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I have called I never had a problem and what I called about was taken care of in a quick manner. ALL front desk women are welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend for anyone that wants an all around great medical experience.

So the door of the medical facility says do not enter if you Have tested positive for Covid. It was 4:20 when I walked in the young lady with the attitude behind the counter, told me to wait a minute , After standing there for about seven minutes, I said to her I didn’t test positive for Covid but I feel like I might have it. She then instructed me that they were closed. What are you talking about!! The snooty little girl with the nails like a dragon, very unprofessional!! But I guess that’s the look you’re going for!! Turning away someone for being sick at a medical facility. Now that I’m reading other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t go in. It says you can’t trust the pricing that was somebody else’s review. I would imagine you can’t trust anything there.

Dr. Girard’s commitment to her patients’ well-being is truly commendable. Her approach of treating her patients as people first, then as patients, is very much appreciated. She is not dismissive of my symptoms, pain, or diagnose blindly based on implicit biases due to my age, gender, or race.

I haven’t been there I have an appointment but that girl in the front black girl has the worst attitude I didn’t feel welcome she treated me like I was such a bother just asking for a paper very scary to go to a place like that I’m gonna take my chance and go to appointment hopefully the doctor it’s worth the rudeness the place looks dirty and attitude I see how appointment goes but when u have rude customer service as soon u walk in and new patient that’s a red flag I see pass her rudeness how it goes. I couldn’t do it I cancel appointment if u chooses not to read reviews and fix the problems I’m not taking my chance on my health with rudeness no wonder the place looks so dirty nobody cares there good luck with whoever wants to take the chance on this place

No one's know what they are doing misinform don't give people the correct information and a whole bunch of lack of costumer service they don't give a crap about fixing anything all it took was a simple phone call but instead th y dismiss you. When you ask a question they don't know the answered to they are condensing and rude with the respond they don't talk to you here they talk at you.

Haven’t even got to receive help from this group because they put you on hold for 23 minutes and forget about you. After hanging up and calling back they are immediately able to help and when I bring up being left on hold they pretend they’re busy. If they were in fact busy they would’ve put me immediately on hold like the initial time.

Don’t trust your health to people who aren’t even responsible enough to answer the phone.
