No matter what day of the week or what time, even right when they open be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour to get called into the office. Then another hour for the doctor to come in. Receptionists are friendly. And he is nice. But don't come see him unless you have a good 2 hour window open for just a check up. And don't even get me started on trying to call and get a hold of anyone... Or recieve a call back

A week ago today I called about medicine I was out of and still am. They haven’t called me back to let me know anything. I thought medical offices and staff were supposed to take care there patients. The Florence office has let me down. I also learned that if your doctor isn’t your doctor for what ever reason they have an obligation by law to inform you of this, once again I was not informed my doctor is no longer with the Florence office . I find this to be very noncareing of the staff and nurses and office workers.
