If I could give this clinic a zero star it would get it. Zero communication skills from their staff, toxic and hateful nursing staff. Waited almost 3 hours to see the DR on just a follow up visit (assuming bc one of the nurses that I told her that she was unprofessional & had zero patient care, kept putting my file to the bottom) to finally have to leave without being seen due to another appt I had for the day. 3 HOURS. Absolutely unacceptable. Dr seemed nice & caring the brief time I seen him the 1st visit but his staff has caused me to NEVER go back and any friends or family that ask my opinion, I will 100% veer them away as well. Clean up your staff, SPC!

Lindsey and Sidney are the most amazing nurses to walk the earth. i think they need a 20 dollar raise, they have helped me tremendously every single time i have been in there. Sidney always has a smile on her face and answers every question i have for her! Lindsey is my go to for emotional support , she always has the best advice. im very pleased with the whole clinic , i have been going there for 12 years and will forever go there. i love them so much -Chanel

In my experience this office is not the best at all. First of all they lost my paperwork and lab test/results. When I needed paperwork filled out by doctor Karr i asked for a day he will be here so that I can get it signed. They scheduled me and he wasn't even here to get what I needed signed. After trying to do it multiple times.

Bad staff with no communication skills
They don’t call back for lab results or anything and I’ve been calling them everyday so they can send a referral to my dermatologist but they keep forgetting everyday. Not a good choice for primary care!!

Absolutely ridiculous to have to go in to see your Dr, and most times after requesting to see the actual Dr, you're ignored and sent in with an np Anyway, but still charged for seeing the Dr! Just For it take HOURS, just for you to feel like you're not being listened to. Can't tell you how many times I've had to call back because either the Dr or one of the np's didn't send in everything they were supposed to! Then when you call you get an attitude. You get put on hold while Katie answers the next call leaving you on hold. Then most times have to wait DAYS to get the script FINALLY sent in! Everyone is getting real sick of it if you all will just listen to the patients talk about the front and back of the office! Yall have lost 2 of your best receptionist in the last 5 years! You shouldn't leave the Dr office so upset and feeling defeated. So it must be a favorite receptionist thing for some reason... and patients as you all don't care about mental issues as much as you should... Seems you all only want elderly near death patients anyway... I guess because they're close to death and you can push them off on the hospital, and would rather deal with other minor problems they have. During that visit yesterday the one thing that was really needed was never called in, after waiting over 2 hours. So we go to the Dr, and are still sick. Makes no sense to spend so much money with you all! Your nurses and care coordinators and receptionist ALL have bad attitudes and it shows, seen a nurse get into with the receptionist yesterday and it wasn't pretty. Also not very good for your office when your nurses are basically making fun of patients in front of patients/ where they can be heard, this wasn't even hid! It was VERY unprofessional but come to be expected! Next are reviews on other sites. Done spending tons of money there and on scripts that don't help and no one listens, Yall are only after money, we get it. But you all are messing with people jobs when it comes to paperwork, Yall have dropped the ball TOO many times now. Tired of begging for treatment and being dismissed.

They just aren't able to return a call. The don't seem to be able to keep up with the amount of business. Four days without a return call. PLEASE find a better organized place to take care of your health. And they don't seem to care. I have begged them to do better to no avail

Worst Dr office I've ever been in. I sat in a room from 8:15 to 11:15 3 hours for my 3 month checkup to get my meds refilled. I never saw a doctor which is not unusual as I usually see nurse practioner everytime because I don't know why but not even seeing np or doctor for 3 hours is horrible. There so unorganized unprofessional and never do calling in of meds correctly. I've had the worst experience with them maybe others have had better but to wait that long to just get my prescriptions refilled is disrespectful as a client. Which I walked out and will not go back
