Very loving, kind, experienced & compassionate team! They answer all questions, follow up & make adjustments as needed. My mom has dementia, on dialysis & is bed bound from covid. They give her EXCELLENT care & the Administration is VERY nice especially Donna!

If my mother isn't being cared for by this facility, I apologize, but told she was by the caregiver, and I will remove this review. I was just advised, that she was placed into their Hospice care. My mother is supposedly be involved in this so called healthcare program. They had put her in a 5 day only care in Mitchell Hollingsworth, which she can only stay 5 days per every 3 mths. DHR was involved, but closed the case, and failed her. I spoke to a caseworker who did not report her findings when it came to moms care.
She lives with a caregiver, and I had to call for a wellness check in which she was found, unable to walk to the door to answer the police who came, and she begged them for water, while waddling in her own feces. Her doctor clearly stated she needs 24 hr care, and never to be left along. Again DHR was called, again closed the case and seen nothing wrong. They've ignored her doctors request to get her out of this situation and place her in the hospital and let Medicaid step in so she can be placed in the nursing home. She has Chronic Case of COPD, Liver Disease, Chronic anxiety and panic disorders. I feel just visiting her 3 x a week isn't what the doctor ordered, they need to follow through, get her in the hospital, where she'll get 3 meals a day, baths, and not left along. The only reason shes not offered this, is because she transfered monies to the caregiver and this person don't want to lose the home in which she paid for. Its about her and her care, people do whats right. Would you leave your mom waddling in her own feces and alone, bad care, report your findings, take care of the elderly, not give up on them. This is a serious case, and no one cares, its like shes a dog being thrown and left on the side of the road to fight for herself, when she has no strength or mind to do so. Its all about money, sad. She has insurance, put her in the hospital.
