I love the level of care I always receive at Sherwood Urgent Care! It is so easy to schedule and check-in via the app but if there’s ever an issue, the staff is there to help and always so friendly!! The Doctors here are fantastic and I always leave feeling like I’ve been heard and taken care of. It doesn’t feel transactional here and that says a lot to me about the dedication to the patients! 10/10 would and do recommend

Make sure you use the "hold your spot in line" feature on their website. I was seen quickly using this. Testing took a bit of time but I was still in and out in about 1.25 hours. Linda Dorris is amazing! Empathetic, really listens and let's me know I've been heard. I am pleased with the care I received just not with the diagnosis of pneumonia!!

Did all paperwork online. Got there and was called back quickly. The Triage nurse he was so nice. They put me in a room and sweet little nurse came in and she been there for little whil but she has to be sweet lady.. everything she does she always put you at ease. Doctor came in and was very caring and listen to me what I told him I highly recommend Sherwood urgent care been going there for years and they are best..

Not a great experience. The nurses were wonderful, but when I went for treatment, the Doctor didn't offer me any solutions for my issue. I had another medical issue pop up as well and was suggested to just doctor myself and was also offered no medical aid. Overall as not informative and pointless visit.
