I'm absolutely disgusted with the medical field in this country. I called this place trying to get an appointment with any of their doctors. After informing them of my insurance, they told me that their earliest appointment would be 3 months away. How do you have over seven physicians and no appointment within 3 months. I was then hung up on. Very rude. Not at all the service I experienced years ago when I was there with a pediatrician

The doctors are amazing. The staff is slow and rude. On top of that, it is impossible to schedule an appt same week, or even same month. What's the point of having a regular doctor if I can't see them when I need to. Waiting 6 months for an appt is ridiculous. My only assumption is that the clinic has taken on too many patients because greed.

If I could leave a negative review I would. I’ve been going to dr Cockerell for about 2 years now. I ALWAYS have problems with communication. They won’t call you about your bloodwork results. I called my nurse Tiffany and asked if I could come in to see my dr because my stomach was really painful and super sensitive to the touch and I had some issues going on. She was dismissive in getting me in the doctors (even though the doctor said if I was painful to let them know and they would schedule me an appointment to see him) they did not want me to come in even though I was asking to come in. This went on for about a week with her just messaging me back and forth instead of just calling me to explain the problem. I was NOT seen for my stomach issue when I asked to be scheduled. After a couple months I came in for my annual and the doctor was still dismissive about my stomach pain. A few weeks later I asked to renew my prescription which they told me I needed to come in for. This was frustrating because when I requested to come in they declined me and when I don’t have insurance to see him AGAIN when I was just there is just sad. Dr Cockerell and his nurse Tiffany do not care about you or your needs. They are terrible with communication and fired me because I kept calling asking what was up. Just go somewhere else!! They don’t listen to you

Dr Rueda is the single finest PCP I have ever encountered. The amount of time she spends talking with you is endless and compassion oozes from her every word. I would fly across the country to be seen by her rather than any other Dr. She exemplifies how every other Doctor on the planet should be, but isn't.

While the Doctors on staff are wonderful, the receptionist and scheduling departments are not. They are very rude and disrespectful. I have four children, 3 of them have changed to a family doctor where I go to, but my fourth one (literally 3 days old) I called to schedule an appointment for. I was told on the phone "Since we don't x, xx, & xxx anymore, we don't want to see this one either" and then proceeded to hang up in my face.

When I had my second born, I had brought him in for a fever one time. Literally a 102 fever, and one of the receptionist at the front desk had the nerve to call me a "Godzilla mom" because I was more concerned with getting my child seen than talking about a future payment due in a couple days.

Went here for pediatric and on our very first visit the nurse put a dirty diaper back on my baby. The doctor made some really not appropriate comments when asked questions about healthcare … our overall experience wasn’t great hopefully things improve at that clinic. The front office staff was nice ✅

Do Not Recommend!!! My brother has been a patient there for years, but lately, they have lost their Care & Concern for his well being. They Never see him at his scheduled appt. time (waiting an hour or more to be seen, if at ALL). Taking the Co-Pay whether seen or not. Even when scheduled for Lab Work Only, the wait is an hour or more.

After the bad experience(s) I had with my former PCP, I am overjoyed to have been recommended to and then introduced to my New and current PCP. Dr Jheanelle Dawkins is a doctor with a heart to help ALL of her patients enjoy a better quality of life. She actually listens to you and keeps you engaged in your own medical journey. I feel so at ease when talking to her and I like how she listens then acts or responds. She does not talk "down" to you and she and her Nurse Mary work together so well. From the front office to the lab and x-ray, everyone is so kind.
