communication skills are terrible. been waiting for test results for almost 2 weeks that were supposed to be in 2 days. convinced they failed to send it in. I'm told it's pending but yet they are telling me it's not ready. I understand mistakes happen I just don't appreciate dishonesty or the bit of gaslighting. when you call they just tell you to hold and forget about you. the only way to get a hold of someone is to show up in person. they will tell you they will call you but they won't.

edit: the owner commented below showing they have no idea about my situation because it wasn't bloodwork it was a urine test/drug screen. they just forgot to send the test. Just own it you messed up. prevent these mistakes from happening in the future, build better communication, and don't sweep problems under the rug. do better

I absolutely rave about the doctor and the entire staff at this facility. Dr. Saleh is an absolute gem—intelligent, compassionate, and incredibly patient, yet she doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to your health. Ally, who mans the front desk, is an absolute joy. No matter how challenging the situation, she greets you with a smile and tackles any issue with grace and efficiency.

Their record and billing department are like ninjas—I never hear a peep from them, and there's never a hiccup in their processes. They handle everything seamlessly, leaving me free to focus on my health.

One thing they excel at is handling Mariners medical certificate forms. They take excellent care of their clients, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

I really appreciate that they have the ability to perform most medical diagnostics (X-ray, EKG, Labs) and don't have to refer you to another provider or another location.

First off, the place is easy to access. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Not a long wait time for an available appointment. I needed to find a medical facility right away, so it would have been a visit to urgent care or something like that, and I needed a doctor ASAP! I called the office, and I was able to see the doctor that same day. The doctor seems to care genuinely. He is thorough and listens! I needed x-rays, which was taken care of right then and there! Plus, he is easy to communicate with and fair with prices. I am glad I chose to come here. I am happy with the care I receive and believe he can give me the proper care I need.
