Every time I come here I'm always greeted. The staff is always always nice. They give you exceptional customer service. That's what I'm going to say. It's always a pleasure to come here and I always spend 30 minutes to an hour in here. That's how good it is in here and the customer service. You will always want to come back no matter what. And thank you this time too Star and Perla just fabulous!!! Thank y'all

I live in Riverside. I happily pass 2 Asian owned beauty supply stores near my area just to come here because they’re black owned. Not anymore though. Unfortunately it’s NEVER a welcoming experience. I won’t go out of my way to come here again. A waste of gas.

I did smell one of the leave in conditioners and she asked me not to open them which is totally understandable. That’s not the only reason for my review. It just sucks that I drive 18 minutes to come here and every time it’s just not a welcoming experience. I said no thank you to a basket because I only needed to buy hair. I thought about buying a leave in conditioner and I was trying to choose the one I wanted. No harm I just won’t be coming out of my way again 🙂. I actually choose to pay full price and didn’t use my discount either with my phone number.

I love this beauty supply, they have everything that I need, The stuff are very knowledgeable about hair and I feel comfortable with my purchase every time knowing my hair color was matched correctly with the amount of hair that is needed for each style. Ms. Perla and star have good customer service and I will continue to shop at this establishment.

Not only is this store conveniently located, but it also has friendly, helpful staff and a large selection of products. It has tons of braiding hair and plenty from EZBRAID, my favorite brand, at affordable prices. The only downside is that other than just some beads (?), there aren't any braid accessories, surprisingly, although there are lots of other hair accessories (clips, etc.). Nonetheless, I'll definitely come back again for my hair needs.

Star and Pearla at this beauty supply were soo sweet. I felt so relaxed and comfortable shopping. They helped me finding everything I needed. The store is organized and had everything that I needed. If youre looking for a great beauty store, look no further.

Don't waste people's time. If your hours say 9am- 7pm. Your doors should be open for business at 9am. It's currently 9:15, and there is no one here. I've seen three customers walk up to be greeted with locked doors. I've called the number on the front door, no answer and I sent a text.
I wanted to support. I drove 30 minutes to do so.
Oh, someone is pulling up now to unlock the store.......
10 min later...... door still locked. I'm going home.
