Getting anyone to answer phones at this location is a reoccurring issue. It is impossible to schedule anything over the phone and come to find out, it is equally impossible to cancel/reschedule an appointment. I have called multiple days now. All hours of the day. I tried rescheduling via the automated text , as that leads you to believe you can do so, but you can't! The text instructs you to call. I have currently been holding, waiting for anyone to answer for a combined 35 minutes. They ask for the courtesy of canceling 2 hours prior to a visit but never answer allowing you to give them the courtesy.

When you have an emergency, they do their very best to get you seen and immediately let you know what the steps are that need to be taken and in my case, the next day! Very courteous staff and doctor

I had a wonderful experience here. Jesson did a great job fixing a difficult problem with my tooth. She was extremely skilled, with such a delicate touch! I am very grateful. Also such friendly and knowledgeable service from the entire staff. Thanks to Debbie, Melissa and Melanie. Highly recommended!

Doesn't get any better than here. Everyone is top notch. So thankful for them all. Always a great apt.

1/30/24 Dr. filled a tooth. She did an amazing job. Tooth was a little at an angle the way it was. Dr. made it look like a new tooth. She made me so happy and not embarrassed to smile any more. Thank you so very much SCHDC Anderson.

X-rays and Dr. checked for cavities. Both women were more than sweethearts. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Front desk is always fun w/a big smile. Just genuine and nice all around.
