First off, I give the Hope van team, a full-on five star rating. I have been using the services at the Hope van for the past couple years and I have never felt like I am being hurried through and not cared for in the slightest. The medical care that I receive is top notch from every single member of the team and even when I show up late and they have pretty much shut down for the day they still care enough about me and my health care needs to squeeze me in at the last minute because they really do care about taking care of me along with every other one of their patients. I am completely stubborn to a fault and those of you that know me that happened to read this know that what I say is 100%. I have a lot of respect for every single team member that has helped me in the Hope van. Let anybody say anything different and I'll step up to the plate and go to bat for my care team. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for my care and treatment of the Hope van team.🖖🏻

The people who do this for the homeless are so helpful and down to earth these people do amazing things. And I can't say that for the hospitals in Redding. I can't express enough how amazing these people are. . And how they care for people that mercy ER doctor Nickolas turns his nose up to. I'm so glad we have amazing Doctors on the hope van. It makes a huge difference in these people lives .

I've been a patient of HOPE'S dating back to Dr. Stanfield and now Dr. Patton. .They are absolutely the team that helped save my life . There case manager Anna C. Is one of the sweetest kindest humans I think I've ever meet . Chris the van driver / intake person is always there to help with a smile rain or shine along with countless other nurses and medical personal like Zack and Kelly . They never disappoint me and I am amazed at what lengths they will go to to provide care. Thank you all .

Hi, my name is Darrin and I want to refer other patients to the HOPE van. I see them at the Good News Rescue mission. I sign up and get on the list to be seen and then they take my vitals and it takes me about an hour and a half or so to get everything done. It is a bit of weight, but it is worth it. I get excellent care from all the staff nurses and doctors. I want to think the Hope van employees for helping me take care of what is the issue with my health. I hope that you can have the same results as I did and do. I am always treated with kindness and professionalism, this makes the visit worth my time. I just want to thank you all and refer the Hope van to others that need to see a doctor, thank you.
God Bless you all. Merry Christmas!
