My experience at the CV SRS urgent care was great. The staff (front desk, nurses, doctor, X-ray tech and pharmacy tech) were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Palmer was very personable. He listened carefully, and was very thorough with my examination.

The nurse and doctor were very nice in detail what my issue. I'm happy I when to this urgent care. Dr Lee was great. I wish I knew the name of the nurse because she was very nice and detailed with everything.

The wait time was long but that is to be expected after the weekend. Parking was easy to find. I was checked by a professional and friendly receptionist. A nurse greeted me kindly for a urine sample and gave me an update on my wait status. The doctor was very professional and a great educator. She explained my symptoms and what to look out for. She went over treatment options and kudos to her for catching side effects from my last antibiotic. She saved me from a future visit to urgent care or the ER due to an allergic reaction. The check out was fast and efficient. The cake on the topping was my antibiotics were ready for me! Hands down, this visit exemplified efficiency without compromising quality. Thank you for the BEST visit ever!

Everyone was very professional and friendly.
The doctor didn’t rush to explain the results of my exam and lab work, even though it was a busy evening.

Went to Urgent Care Chula Vista. Check in Receptionist says 2 hours wait. I waited about 1 hour. Nurse checked in for Triage, then promptly got in a room. COVID test done, only a Bad Cold. All is good.

Very happy with my visit to Sharp Urgent Care from checking in, with the nurse taking my vitals, with the Dr. and with the technician that took my X Rays.

I had a great experience today at Sharp Urgent Care Chula Vista on 3rd Ave. All staff were great, but NP Leefers was absolutely awesome. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. NP Leefers was very attentive and detail oriented during my procedure. I am very grateful to her and the staff for alleviating my ailment. Keep up the excellent work.
