I typically don't write reviews, but everyone in this clinic deserves some recognition. I came to this urgent care because my right ear became blocked by some earwax. Had it happen once and it was straightforward... Something about this time was way worse and painful, and I ended up passing out on the nurse. When I realized what was happening, there were 5 or 6 nurses immediately at my side. All of them so sweet, caring, efficient. I'm sure that's not a common occurrence for urgent care, but they all responded so quick and were exceptional. Stuff like that never happens to me, and they made me feel safe throughout it all. Eventually, the amazing PA Shannon Murillo helped with my ear problem after my vitals were okay. Very grateful for the incredible team you have there and thankful to have found a good place for quick care for smaller issues.

I had a quick and pleasant visit despite my reasons for going. The person at the front check in was helpful and the nurse, Marie and my MA Maryan were so kind and helpful to me for the whole visit. The whole staff seemed very happy. The nurse practitioner Heath was very kind and helpful in my treatment.

Literally the cleanest, quickest, friendliest medical facility i’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Such sweethearts working the desk & all the nurses are so personable and kind. Makes me wanna just hang out here on the lowest of keys. xox love u sharp

Great experience both times I've been a patient. Clean, fast, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A huge thanks to Diane who was my nurse. She was amazing, kind, and helpful!

Parking is $2 for first hr, $6 maximum. Facility is clean, nice medical staff. Elevator is really slow, better to take the stairs.

Made my appt early in the day. Got to my appointment and did all the pre check items prior to heading there. Got there about 5 mins before my appt, still waited almost 30 mins before I just walked out. Ridiculous

Myself and kids have always had the best experience. The doctors are thorough and friendly. They take care of sickness and injury with the best care. Being open on weekends is so important with kids. The nurses are friendly and helpful with questions. They do a great job with my son who has anxiety about doctors.

We had an excellent experience with PA Ester. We usually avoid the ER or urgent care unless it's necessary, but in this case, we had to go. Ester was incredibly kind to my daughter, who had an ear infection caused by earrings lodged in her skin. She swiftly and efficiently removed them!! Thank you
