I have been seen here since 2005. This practice knows how to prioritize patients and their care. They have always been very responsive and caring about me as a person, and have guided me through my healthcare journey. I appreciate what Dr. Warm started and wish all healthcare facilities shared his point of view and implementation.

If there was -5 Stars this place deserves it. A few years ago there was Dr. Pedrotty. Thank God, they got rid of him. Then I came across a useless clown named Dr. Oen. For several years this quack was my primary care physician. I FIRED him over a year ago, after I got tired of him talking about his mama. He just stood there, while I gave him a few choice words. I moved on and never returned to his office. A year later, this so called doctor wakes up and sends me a certified letter saying he is not my primary care physician anymore. Did this 'mama's boy' not understand simple English when I FIRED him, a year ago? What is the use of having great staff, but a useless quack, as a doc?

Yesterday my family and I each received certified letters that stated that we were no longer able to receive medical care at Sharp Community Medical Group. I've been Dr. Warms patient since 1984. My son became a patient was he was a toddler...he is now 31. I'm not sure when my husband became a patient of SMG...I know he's been seeing Dr. Warm and his associates for decades as well.
It's my understanding that my husband has had recent issues with Dr. Oen concerning his health care. I'm not entirely certain as to what occurred during their consultations. What I am certain of is that I'm disheartened that my son and I have had to loose our care at SMG as a result. Three months ago I became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized for four days, and have a surgery. I was in the hospital next door to SCM. I never saw a doctor from the medical group while I was in the hospital. I guess it is time to move on. Im upset that my son and I were released from care in such a cold hearted way. It was upsetting to see Dr Warm and Dr Wongs approval on the letter. I never would of thought my son and I would be treated this way. So sad. I would like to thank Dr. Warm, Dr Wong and staff for all of your care throughout the years even though I feel you have been unfair.
