From the Receptionist to the Office Manager to the RN's to Dr. Masood herself, totally friendly. competent and concerned about me. The office is easily accessible, clean and comfortable. All personal are helpful and responsive to all needs of the patients. I'm totally satisfied with the quality of care. Dr. Masood is intelligent, compassionate and up to date on all disease processes and their treatments. I'm a disabled Critical Care Cardiopulmonary/IV Nurse Clinician, with 30+ years experience. Was very disappointed, Dr. Masood was very unprofessional. First 2 times I saw the nurse practitioner, she was nice and listened. When I finally saw Dr. Masood she said the reason I failed my PFT was that I was obese. She was short with me , she wouldn’t listen.. I will not be back to see her....

I chose to meet with this dr because I was having problems breathing. She never checked my breathing only acted as tho she was mad because I came in rather than teleconference to see her. Prescribed Breo and left the room. I had to follow up with my family dr who gave me an antibiotic for my congestion. I have since contacted another doctor to use for any further problems. I had been fully satisfied when seeing Dr Kalem but he was doing teleconference only.

Dr Masood is seeing my aunt . She is the best. She is patient and compassionate with herr patients . She goes well beyond her means to take care of her patients. With being so overwhelmed the past month with the Covid in the hospital. She still makes sure her patients are seen and took care of in the clinic.

Dr. Masood was fantastic even though I only saw her a few times. I will miss having her for my doctor after she has left. She was very professional and patient with all my questions. Excellent doctor!

Very rude.. Basically told my mother in law she could just die & that no one dies of insomnia after she told my mother in law that she stops breathing 33 times in a hour. All my mother in law needs is a CPAP but she told her she would have to do another sleep study which takes about 6 weeks to get into one. I would not send my anyone to her.. She is very rude and does not care about her patience.. Awful..
