I came to doctor rupal because I was supposed to get a physical check up for a study abroad program. This is my first time with this doctor. I go to my appointment only for her to say she doesn’t know enough about my medical history and orders tests and after those came through, she would sign my papers. She said they would call me with the results and never did. Few days later I call if they have my results and they said yes and I asked if the doctor would sign my papers and the girls in the office said it’s fine. I go in person only for them to say I need to leave the papers with them and that the doctor will sign them (2/21) and ready by Monday. I go Monday (2/24) just for the office manager to tell me they weren’t signed and that she would call me when they were ready. About 10-15 mins after I left she calls and says the forms were signed and it’s $15. The next day, today, I asked her why is it $15 and she said “because the doctor signed them”… This medical office is very unorganized and the fact they charge 15 just for the doctor to sign papers is unbelievable.. Changing my primary care ASAP!!

terrible place the indian dr only saw me for like 5 mins max didn’t wanna do nun for me tells me she’s gonna send meds to pharmacy but didn’t send nothing at all it was my second time going to this place and had the same issue the first time some asian dr saw me for like 5mins and didn’t listen to basically anything i said i already called my ins to switch my pcp this place is embarrassing.

Dr Shah is wonderful. Truly cares about her patients and takes time and resources to make sure you are getting the best care. She is always available even after hours! She was able to get specialists involved that would help my husband with issues other doctors failed to take care of. Her staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile! If we need to see her immediately they make it happen!! It’s not about numbers it’s about quality care with Dr Shah. Definitely one of our all time favorite doctors!

Dr. Shah takes the time to listen, really listen. She is kind and attentive. I didn't feel rushed as we discussed my health concerns. She has returned my phone calls in a timely manner. And I have been able to make office appointments the same week I called in.

Very greedy, rude, unprofessional and worst doctor in Corona and Indian Community. She is a very horrible and very rude doctor I have ever seen in my life. She doesn't care about her patients, she is only care about patients money and she doesn't spent enough time with the patients to explain his/her results of the lab tests. Because people pay her copays every single time, she refer to some other people and tells you to come every few weeks at her office for copayment. When you ask her about any results, she tells that some other people will explain you whoever did your test then why she greeds on copay if she doesn't want to reply or explain about the results of the patient then why she becomes PCP. She doesn't want to explain the results in a different language, and hates to repeat herself and told to my mom that I can explain only in one language if you don't understand an English then you can seat outside and i will explain to your son. I am not her patients my mom is her patients . She hardly spent 5 minutes with any patients, and collects copays more than what she is doing as a doctor. Trust me, if you want to save your life, don't go with this Indian lady doctors. If you make her your PCP it will your last day on this beautiful earth. She will make your life hell.

Love, Love, Love Dr. Shah! Family and I have been going to her since moving to Corona 12 years ago. I trust her so much that several years ago I stopped taking my son (5 at the time) to his pediatrician (that I loved as well but her wait times were upwards of 3 hours with an appointment) and started bring him to Dr. Shah. I have no regrets with that decision. I appreciate the fact that the appointments run on time as they are scheduled. Even more so, that I can call and more times than not get an appointment that same day! I know you cannot please 100% percent of people 100% of the time, but I disagree with the negative comments that have been posted. Every appointment I have been to I have had my vitals taken, and updated any information that has changed (personal and family history). Once Dr. Shah walks in the door she greets you, asks what’s going on, does her physical check-up, gives you diagnosis, reviews the medication (if any) she is prescribing, gives you a chance to ask any questions, let’s you know if a follow up is required and sends you on your merry way. I’ve had appointments that lasted 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I love the fact that I can get in and out. But please don’t take that in terms of her trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. If time is needed to sit down and do a deep dive about whatever situation you are there to see her about, she takes her time to discuss your options. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Shah!

Dr Shah is extremely kind. She is thorough and listens to me rather than just talk at me. Her front office staff has improved there customer service and the way they talk to patients. I have been going to Dr Shah for about 2 years now. Her office is clean and the building has plenty of parking. Dr. Shah is a great doctor overall.
