Worst company I have ever dealt with , impossible to call and talk to anyone. Been trying to pay my bill with them online. Got to the point I drove over there to pay it. I told the lady at the counter I wanted to pay bill , she tells me she going on lunch and that I would have to wait the half hour until she gets back. I didn't wait and left , I am now trying learn from them what I have to do to turn my CPAP machine in. Not doing any business with them , they might want to learn little about customer service.

I went there today for the first time. I have Charcot Marie Tooth. I need AFO braces for both legs and feet.
First, Valerie was so nice!
Then I saw Chris Park for the AFO, he was amazing! He really listened and care about my problem and concern.
Now I just talked to Erika about the payment, another sweet person!
Today 4/30/24 I needed to call to make an appointment to adjust my braces AFO.
So I talked with Jazmin.
She helped me.
I can’t see Chris at Corona facility, but I will see him in Anaheim.
She was very kind.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. The man who schedules the clinicians is rude and condescending. The clinician BRAD that was sent to measure my wrist for pregnancy induced carpal tunnel was almost an hour late and told me that he was sorry if I felt Inconvenienced , which was rude and condescending too . It's been a week since he came out here , and even though I begged him to submit my order as urgent , he still has not put it in. It's been a month and a half since my dr prescribed these wrist guards and I still don't have ones that fit me . I just asked their 714 phone number , spent 45 minutes on phone with Stephanie trying to get a manager to speak to me , I got disconnected and no one has called me back even . They couldn’t care less about you here .
