I can’t even begin to tell you how disillusioned I am with the medical care in Colorado Springs. The more specialized and what appears to be the more successful a practice or a physician is it seems the worst their or their staff’s service becomes. I left my previous primary care physician because of simple lack of continuity of care and extraordinarily unprofessional staff. I am extremely pleased with SET Family Medical Clinics. Elyze Wermel NP is without a doubt the most attentive professional and caring medical individual I’ve dealt with over the past three years. When she says something she does it when she explains something she does it well and assures that you understand it before she moves on that’s rare and greatly appreciated.

I was a first time patient for my 4 day old, and my experience was absolutely amazing in every aspect.
Elyze Werner was extremely thoughtful and thorough .
She even suggested we forgo my newborns second set of blood tests since the first ones were clear and we do not have insurance at the moment.
Even down to the receptionist Paul, the customer service was above and beyond just exceptional.

Mary Eident is who I’ve seen at this facility. Mary has been a fantastic provider. She listens to you, asks questions and communicates with clarity. She is very honest about the risks of different medications which is super helpful in making well informed medical decisions for yourself. This clinic and Mary Eident have helped get me to the right specialists, getting me much closer to a proper diagnosis.
I would recommend them. I don’t leave my appointments stressed. They’re helpful with medical issues and also treat you nicely.

Mary Eident is an amazing doctor I love her. When I go to the doctor I have to feel like they care and that your not just a number to them. Mary does just that. She is always very through and actually takes the time to listen to you. She isn't like most doctors that just try to shove meds down your troat to hurry up and get you out of the office and that's what I like about her. Mary Eident is very friendly, attentive, caring and is really good at what she does. I started seeing Mary after I seen how she cared for my mom and all of her medical needs and if it wasn't for the fact that the office can't see medicare patients right now due to not having an approval my mom would still be seeing her to. My mom also loves Mary. As does my whole family we all go and see Mary she is an excellent dr and we love her
