My gynecologist Arline Adams is the best! She is very attentive and remembers you well. I’ve never waited long to be seen. Her scribe is amazing too. She also remembers me and makes sure my visit goes smoothly! It is a bit difficult to call and make appointments I would advise to make an appointment in person for a follow up. The pharmacy is great too! They answer quickly and refills don’t take too long. They call you when your medication is ready so need to wait around there.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service provided by Cindy in Dr. Lekht's office. During a very challenging time for my family, with our ailing father being thousands of miles away and no one available to help, we found ourselves in urgent need of relocating him as quickly as possible. We needed documents to help get him housing and with nobody available to help my dad we could not have accomplished this without Cindy's dedication and assistance.

Her professionalism, compassion, and determination made an incredibly difficult situation a bit more manageable, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts. Additionally, her supervisor Sandy was also a great support to us, and we truly appreciate her help as well.

Job well done, ladies! Serra Medical Clinic is extremely fortunate to have both of you on the team. We cannot thank you enough for helping us and our dad during this difficult time.

If you're thinking about making sierra medical group your primary care doctor I would strongly advise against it. I've never had so much trouble making an appointment anywhere in my entire life. I've called them maybe 15 times and every single time I wait on hold, when someone finally answers the phone they have to transfer me, again I'm put on hold until then phone just disconnects and I can't get through to anyone. After numerous attempts to book an appointment I requested to speak with a manager/supervisor. She books me an appointment to see a doctor via phone call and tells me the doctor will call me. I get a phone call to confirm my appointment the day before (I confirmed) and the day/time of my appointment comes only for the dr. to never never call. At this point I'm extremely irritated and call the office again to see whats going on only to be told my initial visit with a doctor needs to be in person, so I ask to set that up and get transferred to be hung up on again. DO NOT go through sierra medical group unless you want to waist your time and get absolutely nothing accomplished. This is the absolute worse experience I've ever had with a doctors office and the staff is either completely incompetent or they have some serious issues with their phones that need to be figured out.

I want to make a complaint and a report to the medical board or whoever can help with that. On May 13, 2025 around 4:15pm my mother had a phone appointment with Dr. Vaquero over test results. Months prior she has been asking Dr. Vaquero if he can refer her to the foot doctor to take care of an ingrown toenail she is currently suffering from. She’s been going back and forth with calls and people who work in the department regarding inaccurate information about which doctor she is getting referred to in order to get checked out on her toe. During the call with Dr. Vaquero, my mom asked “so there’s nothing else you can do, you can’t refer me somewhere else” and he said “there’s nothing I can do”. My mom said “so I’m just going to wait until my toenail turns purple and to the point where they can amputate it.” Dr. Vaquero said “no there’s nothing I can do, maybe you should go back to Mexico.” What a rude, unprofessional doctor! I will get in contact with everyone from the clinic if I have to. He needs to get fired and out of that clinic immediately.

I went to Serra Medical throughout my entire childhood up until I was 18. Now that I’ve had experience with medical care elsewhere it truly highlighted how disorganized, unhelpful, and unproductive a lot of the administrative staff is. My mom still goes here to receive medical care and it took a week to convince this place to give her vaccines. I should also mention this place has administered her vaccines before, but they did not have any of them listed on her immunization record. I wish I knew the name of the one staff member that stepped up to help. Everyone else kept running her in circles until the gentleman and her doctor finally advocated for her. The day she was supposed to receive her set of vaccines someone higher up said no, even though the vaccines had already been ordered and everything was set up to go. Avoid the headache and wasted time, go somewhere else.

I don’t know why but I receive an automated call from Serra community 4 times a day every day. I am not a patient, I have never called and I am not interested. I have called back to ask that I am no longer called and whomever I speak with states they have no idea why I’m getting called as I’m not in their system. When I answer the call instead of letting it go to voicemail it is an automated recording in Spanish, which I don’t speak and can’t use Google translate while I’m listening to the recording. How do I get this resolved Serra Community. The amount of calls I receive is excessive.

Called for two days for my obgyn last week and got hung up on constantly. Tried again this week because my obgyn is there only two days and I’m almost 37 weeks pregnant and they are still hanging up. I also made an appointment but they never called as a reminder so I’m guessing when I made the appointment it wasn’t put into the system. I’m so stressed at this point

Do not use Serra Medical Group for your needs. A patient has more risks of dying that getting care that doesn’t interfere with their schedules.

I knew medicine in this country was a freaking business but I have never had such a bad experience as the last months dealing with this medical group.
