Dr. Mosovich is one of the most caring and thorough doctors I’ve worked with Ever… My case was complex and he spent almost 2 hours during our intake session. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and his compassion for my situation. I never felt rushed out or like some case in a file. He even went as far to consult with my therapist to give me the best care possible. I’m so grateful to have found him and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking psychiatric help

I have been a loyal patient for over three years here, and have been battling whether or not to leave a review, as I don't like to leave bad reviews for businesses. Due to the fact that this is a mental health issue, I have decided to potentially help others, (women), to look elsewhere for their mental healthcare.

Serge was always aloof in our meetings, asking repetitive questions he never seemed to remember. After each meeting I felt a bit put on the spot with some of the odd questions he would ask, leaving me with anxiety after our appointments. I never felt like there was an actual or genuine care about my mental health or what was happening.

At some point, there was a change in how scheduling and refill requests were being done, and I was never told this, which caused massive confusion, and was ridiculed by a staff member for messaging the wrong departments trying to get an appointment and refill, when i was never once informed of these changes or even told who the new staff was.

Scheduling and getting refills, which I have never had issues with in the 10+ years of going to a psychiatrist, was complicated and riddled with issues, which is fine, things happen with medication shortages and gaps in scheduling, but there was almost zero communication when asking very simple and normal questions, and when I did ask for more help or clarity, I was called abusive and attacked by himself and his staff.

The last straw of this practice being, I had scheduled a phone appointment, (thinking it would be a normal appointment), and was essentially yelled at and told that I had gotten letters of him dismissing me as a patient and accusing me of ripping these mysterious letters up?

Going into our last phone appointment thinking it would be just like every other time, but turned into accusing and scolding me of this weird fabricated incident. One of the oddest and weirdest experiences I have ever had with a Doctor, let alone a psychiatrist. I never received any such letters, and have communicated with him and his staff regularly, and see zero reason why this couldn't have been brought up prior to this weird and awkward phone appointment. I have been a loyal patient, paying out of pocket for years. I understand if two people part ways, as it is not working, but to yell at me through the phone and accuse me of "abusing his staff", which again, my emails with this person are nothing but professional as I have scanned over them many times. Abuse is an extremely strong word, and as a practicing Doctor, I was taken back by this accusation, as well as being highly offended.

If you are looking for genuine and in depth professional mental health, I would look elsewhere.

Dr. Mosovich is a highly experienced psychiatrist who cares deeply about his patients. He has a patient demeanor which should not be confused with gullibility. He can see right through you. In my case he knew better than me what I need to feel better. Thank you, Dr. Mosovich, for the courteous, yet pragmatic, approach. It works!

Absolutely wonderful. For most of my life, I have been misdiagnosed and suffered from debilitating anxiety as a result. I suffered in silence for decades, but not anymore. After seeing Dr. Mosovich for an evaluation, we zeroed in on my issues. I found him to be extremely thorough and professional. My treatment is ongoing and for the first time I feel hopeful that I can finally lead a normal life anxiety free. The simple things like, the joy of being able to read a book is priceless.

So far, the difference in my life since seeing Dr. Mosovich is night and day. It certainly feels like I have my life back. I would highly recommend him.

Update: Dr mosovich wouldn’t write a note for me to insurance company to continue therapy with my therapist if 12 years. As someone who deals with mental health patients I think this is completely unacceptable and a bizarre powertrip. I don’t know where I would be without my therapist. She’s helped me through many different hurdles in my life. Dr mosovich also made me feel helpless and bad about my mental health saying there “wasn’t much more he could do for me” which is hurtful. I’m mixed honestly. I liked him until he wanted to talk to my therapist and then it just started feeling weird since then. I have switched doctors.

Dr. Mosovich is an extremely competent practitioner in his field. He is great at understanding specific issues and recognizing patterns in your behavior for a diagnosis. This is after many unsuccessful appointments with previous psychiatrists and general doctors who were reluctant to listen to their patients. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mosovich is firm but very understanding. He's very direct, but you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. I came to him during a pretty dark time, and he helped me get through it. I highly recommend him.

DR MASOVICH IS GREAT! He is straightforward, but very friendly. He genuinely cares about helping his patients get better. He helped me out of a very deep, dark depression and took the time to get to know me, accurately diagnose my issue and prescribe the appropriate medication. I am in a much better place now and would continue seeing him if I weren't moving out of the city. Very thankful for his help.
