Sheri is an amazing counselor and plays “devils advocate” really well in helping my husband and I understand each other on a deeper level. We don’t always like hearing some of the things said but it’s what’s needed to be said so we can face reality better. Most of all, she’s unbiased and I don’t feel like she’s on “just one side”, every time we leave her office we both feel a lot better having that outlet to discuss issues with an experienced 3rd party.

Sheri is one of the best out there period. She went above and beyond to help me find help due to sleep issues related to ptsd from trama experienced in multiple combat deployments in Iraq. You will not find better in the area. She has helped me fix issues that the psych department at the TBI clinic on camp Lejune completely punted into the stands. She is well experienced with a variety of issues.

I had no clue I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and was convinced I had another medical condition causing severe symptoms. Sheri saved my life and after my first session I finally felt more in control of myself thanks to her breathing technique and other homeopathic rituals. I understood what was happening to me thanks to her knowledge and explaining! I lose time when talking to her and she goes above and beyond if you’re in need! My wife has never felt more grounded than now. Everytime she comes back from visiting with Sheri, she is different than ever before. I have been lost for a while and pushed out of my own life by all of the catastrophic events that lay around me each day. I have neglected myself and have felt caught between the cross roads of my own path. I took a chance on Serenity Wellness and I saw that Sheri Lawrence had the experience in a therapist that I wanted. I am so happy that I found Sheri. Sometimes I want to pick up the phone and call her after anything in my life doesn't go right. She has truly touched my heart and my soul. She has made me feel like a human being again. I would tell anyone who feels like I do or anyone that feels like they have no one to talk to; to go here. For Sheri it is not about the money. If you do not like Yoga that is okay too. She has a heart of Gold. She is objective and personable. It feel like I sit with my girlfriend and chat for an hour. She makes me feel like I have a personal space to be myself with no judgement and brings me back to the reality of what its about. I will never be able to thank her enough for helping me through some really rough times in my life. I feel that anyone who disagrees with how wonderful she is; is in denial of accepting that you are not always right about how you view the world and what you have power of. We all need someone with life experience and professional experience to share their knowledge so that we too can experience the level of peace that Sheri has worked so hard to achieve. I have hopes for her that her business will continue to thrive long after myself. For anyone interested in developing, better dating skills. I highly recommend. Sheri Lawrence's, Art of dating, workshops. I attended the February session. Not knowing what to expect. Personally, I was amazed how profound learning about myself. Within, a safe and positive environment, proved to be!! Prior to attending the workshop. I found it difficult to open up. Constantly shying away from vulnerability, had been an on going challenge for me. Now, I'm more at ease in the face of uncertainty. I have a tremendous gratitude to Sheri's guidance. Thank you.
