Everyone at Serenity was so welcoming. They listened to everything I had to say and took their time with me. Dr Philip Yam was great. He is so easy to talk to and really made me feel comfortable. I'm actually driving 45 minutes to see him. I don't want to see any other doctor. I am very happy with Dr Yam and Serenity.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Serenity and Dr. Yam himself. From the second I walked into the office, everyone was kind and helpful and had a smile on their face, which was very refreshing to say the least. It was my first time meeting Dr. Yam and he made me feel comfortable immediately and listened. He made recommendations and most importantly, made me feel like he cared and would hear for me through my health journey. I would recommend him and Serenity to anyone and feel lucky I found them.

Such a beautiful, clean facility. Felt completely safe and at home there. The nurses and my practitioner Patricia were so sweet and understanding of my problems. For the first time I felt like I was being listened to and that my struggles were being fully addressed.

Stepping into the Serenity Lobby was like entering a spa. It was large and spacious. It’s very quiet and inviting too. I find the staff very friendly for the most part especially my PCT. Dr. Yam is really a great physician. I needed to change up my medication. For health reasons and he made it happen. The office is going to have to work with my insurance for a preauth as the medication is only available in trade and not covered by my plan. Fingers crossed.

This is the absolute best organization you will find, for help dealing with anxiety, depression, or if you just want to improve your outlook, productivity, and thinking habits. A great analogy which is not so far from the truth is “the brain is a muscle, and Serenity Mental Health Centers is your physical therapist”. They have state-of-the-art technology, and a wonderful staff. They are the best!

When I walked into Serenity I knew why they called it that, because I felt the Serene energy surrounding me. Everyone was very professional, kind and compassionate. Going to a new mental health facility can make me feel very anxious, but not at Serenity, everyone made me feel very comfortable so I didn't feel the anxiety that I normally would. I would recommend Serenity to anyone that has mental health issues, because they were there for me and still are. I am so satisfied with the results I am getting from Serenity. So I give them five stars.
