I have worked with Adriana for both of my pregnancies and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She was always available for my questions and concerns throughout the pregnancy. Through her osteopathic treatments she was able to help me manage pain throughout my pregnancy. During labor she helped me with my breathing to get through the tough contractions and helped guide me in positioning my body to make sure my labor progressed quickly and safely. Adriana came highly recommended by two of our family members and we feel SO blessed that we were introduced to her. During pregnancy, I attended her pre-natal yoga classes which were seriously the best thing ever! I’ve never left a yoga class feeling so good physically and mentally. I also had pre-natal osteopathic treatments with Adriana to help my body be as prepared as possible for a great birth and recovery. It was so nice getting to know her better prior to the delivery through those sessions, she always knew just the right thing to say to put my mind at ease and was a wealth of knowledge for any questions I had. When it came time for the delivery, Adriana made all the difference! She worked her magic which helped me to dilate quickly and push for less than 30 minutes before our little Angel was born. She also helped facilitate breastfeeding right away and capture this special moment by taking photos! It doesn’t end there... once we got home I struggled with breastfeeding, and since Adriana is a certified lactation consultant we had her come to our home on two different occasions and I swear she’s a miracle worker... she really helped turn things around and I’ve been able to continue to exclusively breastfeed. It’s so nice having one person who can help with everything! Adriana will always be a special part of our story. She’s such a kind and peaceful soul and is definitely someone you want by your side before, during and after pregnancy!

I met Adriana through her prenatal yoga class, which is amazing and something I highly recommend to every pregnant woman in Orlando! I quickly learned that she is so much more than a yoga instructor... Adriana is the person I trust most when it comes to pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. Not only is she an expert on all these topics, but she is also the type of professional who genuinely cares about the people she works with.

I sought out a doula because I wanted to give myself the best chance at achieving a natural (vaginal, unmedicated) delivery. I chose to hire Adriana as my doula because of her gentle approach and respectful way of communicating with my husband and me. Adriana always answered our questions thoroughly and without judgment, even when we felt that our questions or concerns were silly or naive.

I can honestly say that I would not have achieved the unmedicated birth of my son without Adriana's guidance and expertise. She was there for my husband and me every step of the way--and it was a long journey! Throughout my 30+ hour labor, Adriana gave us specific instructions that progressed my labor naturally, as well as the reassurance I needed to place my trust in my body's natural birthing abilities. Having her by our side in the delivery room is the best choice we could have made for our son and for us.

And still, Adriana's value and skillset go beyond the delivery room. She is a certified Breastfeeding Specialist who, from the first moments of holding my son in my arms, helped me find success in breastfeeding. She is also highly skilled in osteopathic manual therapy and infant massage. My newborn had difficulties with gas that caused him to be very tense and unable to lie comfortably flat on his back. After a short session with Adriana, he was noticeably more relaxed and slept flat on his back for the first time since coming home from the hospital!

The gratitude my husband and I feel for Adriana is beyond words. She has our highest recommendation to any expecting mother seeking guidance during pregnancy, delivery, and beyond.

Adriana was with us for the birth of our first child two years ago. When we found out we were expecting again in December one of the first things my husband and I agreed on was that we wanted Adriana to be with us for our second birth as well. Her support leading up to the birth was invaluable even as a second time mom. Her calm presence and guidance through the labor process helped to make the birth experience an overwhelmingly positive one. Before my first pregnancy, I never considered hiring a doula. After hearing several friends’ experiences I reconsidered and I’m so glad I did. I can’t imagine my birth experiences without Adriana. I can’t recommend her enough.

Being an incredibly Type A / task-oriented person, I needed a grounding force like Adriana to reassure and help me refocus on enjoying the journey through all the unknowns with the pregnancy of my firstborn Giovanni.

In pregnancy, you are not really in control which was quite challenging for me and I need her as my guardrails to really focus not so much on when, how, etc. but just to go with the flow. When I hit a wall during the birth and was ready to give up, Adriana helped me through and find the inner strength and push through to that post-birth high.

Moreover, in the third trimester as I kept getting "false alarms," she was patient and stayed in communication so she could be there for the BIG event. Even though this was my firstborn, I did have him before 39 weeks which was unusual. Adriana and I have also stayed in communication after the delivery to make sure that baby and I are doing well and provide additional support and guidance.

I would highly recommend Adriana to others seeking to have support through their pregnancy journey and thereafter.

Adriana has been a huge support before, during, and after birth. I felt so much better after an osteopathic treatment during pregnancy and it was so helpful during birth to have someone to support me and my partner with encouragement and labor coping techniques, always keeping in mind how I wanted the birth to go and working with me, my partner, and the hospital staff to keep everything moving along. There are no guarantees during pregnancy and birth but hiring a doula really helped both mentally and physically during this stage of life.

Adriana is a gift to women, babies, and families. I have had the pleasure of working with her throughout my pregnancy in her prenatal classes which are a wonderful balance of physical flow designed to nourish the pregnant woman's body, and educate/empower mothers-to-be mentally and spiritually as they prepare their bodies for birth and motherhood. Adriana has a wealth of information on a wide range of areas concerning prenatal, postpartum, fertility, etc. I had a terrible pain in my SI joint and thought "this is just a side effect of pregnancy" but after seeing Adriana just a couple of times for osteopathic therapy, my SI joint is comfortable again and I am walking 2 to 3 miles daily, as well as practicing yoga and functioning in daily life at full term. She was also able to ward off carpal tunnel which was starting to develop in my wrists by targeting the area immediately, I am amazed at what she is able to do! Never did I think at 39 weeks pregnant I would answer "I feel great!" and truly mean it, when someone asks. Adriana is incredible in so many areas and I could not recommend her enough.
