By far one of the most unprofessional & unorganized medical office i have ever been to. The level of care and lack of communication between doctor and staff is terrible. My medical records were not obtained from my previous medical office because they noted that I had to get them myself, but was told when i made the appointment by front desk that someone in the office would get them before my appointment. If that were so, they should have told me.
My impression of the front desk today.... staff was dressed in overalls, tshirt. That is not the look of professionalism. This isn't a call center. It reflects on the way the office is presented.
I got to my appointment 15min early but was not seem until 45 mins later. I was about to go out to complain and then the doc rushes in. Told me that he was not communicated by staff that room was ready. I got upset and he stepped out of the room and said he would tell the office manager of my concerns. The office manager came in and didn't even seem to care whether you want to be there or not. All she did was apologize and didn't even go further to reassure that the issues would be addressed. I finished off the 10min office visit with the doc as he was very rushed and didn't even take the time to know me as a new patient, other than what I had to tell him with the lack of medical records.
I didn't get the medical help I wanted today and it is terrible that as a working class citizen paying for medical care, we have practices in the medical systems like this. Just Terrible.

Would give zero stars but not an option. What a bunch of unqualified employees. Their website says they offer palliative care services. I call to schedule an appointment. The receptionist does not know what palliative care is. She said she asked one of the doctors and they did not know and they do not offer that service. Does not sound like an organization you should trust for your health!
