I adore Stella!! She is the most loving, and dearest person I have ever met. She is understanding, compassionate and overall helps me through it all with such love. I recommend anyone who feels like they need someone to talk to and find the help they are looking for to take a session with her, it is truly life changing and her office feels so warm and calm. It’s difficult to express how much Stella has helped me over the past year. I’d been diagnosed w CPTSD and was struggling with life in general. Then my son passed away unexpectedly from a drug OD and my life collapsed. I was unable to function… at all. I was sad, depressed, physically sick , overwhelmed and hopeless. Stella understood my situation and she has been helping me rebuild my life. I am now able to see the possibility that life may get better! Stella has used talk therapy with me; she’s given me resources to educate myself and uses energy work as well. I know that this is going to be an ongoing process for me but I feel optimistic for the first
time in a very long time and I know I owe that to Stella! She is patient, very knowledgeable and super understanding. There isn’t anything I can’t talk with her about and i really can’t recommend her highly enough!

Stella has been a big help in my life . I never had the courage to talk to any one about my problems or opening up to any one . I went through a dark time and needed to talk to some body but I wasn’t sure if I was ready . Since the day I talked to Stella over the phone I felt comfortable and had a great feeling so I set up an appointment to meet . All I can say I haven’t regret it once . Shes amazing . Always listens to what I have to say and have opened my eyes to a new mindset that I’m falling in love with . She’s helped me so much in such little time and I look forward to more change .
