Kellie focuses on me the entire time I am with her - she is very open to questions and she explains every step of my treatment. I feel like I am in very good hands and that she will be able to get me through the therapy with positive results.

They are all great, and I mean all. Not one of the staff members, let me down. They are personable. Very professional and warm. Would definitely go back. You have to experience it for yourself. From Christopher at the front desk to the back staff Troy, Jarrett, and I don’t remember the ladies name ( maybe Sandy). Took good care of me.

This is my first time in 40years that I have been in need of Physical Therapy. I appreciate the understanding and caring the PT , Troy, has shown since I started there. He took the time to explain to me which muscles were affected and how we will work on them. He is encouraging, understanding and just a nice guy. I would highly suggest using Select Physical Therapy.

Great front office staff very informative ,making a appointment is very easy. I had a total knee replacement in December, my physical therapist is Jarrett Stark he's doing wonders with my therapy, I would highly recommend Jarrett and this facility to anyone needing physical therapy

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from considering pursuing pelvic floor physical therapy at this location. I cannot speak to the quality of their other physical therapy services.

I came to this location a week ago for a pelvic floor physical therapy intake. I was referred here by my doctor. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and have discontinued treatment here.

The pelvic floor physical therapist was visibly nervous, uncomfortable (especially during the diagnostic test), and perhaps even desperate. This of course made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. She spoke very fast and did not adequately explain her rationale for proposed treatments — worse still, the only exercise she proposed for me to do outside of session was outlined on a crude handout, and she did not provide instructions, walk me through it, or ensure that I was using proper technique (after discussing with another PT, it turns out, I was not doing it correctly at all). Additionally, the prescribed exercise contradicted the recommendations she provided during the session. (She said she did not want me to do any kegels, but kegels are a prominent part of the exercise in the handout.)

Overall, I felt that the therapist was reciting a slightly adapted script instead of engaging in a necessary dialogue about my symptoms and needs. She was eager to speak and give handouts but not to listen or adequately explain. I was not able to ask important questions because of how much she spoke. She was unprofessional regarding her criticism about my other medical providers.

I've had surgeries that have required physical therapy and I am happy to report that my shoulder and hip surgeries were a resounding success with the help of the wonderful professional and empathetic physical therapists at Select Physical Therapy.
