I visited their office this morning after I had contacted them during the week to verify the cost and time on Saturday. The woman never mentioned the office is close on Saturday. Poor customer service update your business hours if your office is closed on the weekend. I was coming from broward referred to by my instructor.

Their staff is so friendly I respect them as they're like my own family front desk well welcoming staff. Their doctors they explain what you're going through and what we're going through as patients. They let us know what should we do and what should we not do.

To my knowledge the staff at selest treats every one with respect they are clear in their speeches, if you don't understand they have some one to assist it could be the manager doctor or the employees .
They are well preserve with wonderful feelings in 💙.

Owner of clinic parks clinic van in Disabled parking spot. When I told her I needed the spot, she looked me up and down and said "you're not in a wheelchair." I am legally disabled with a condition eating away at my large spinal cord nerves, and she forced me to walk a full block in severe pain since I had to park somewhere else. I did not have my mobility scooter with me. I told her it is illegal to park there without a permit, and she told me she can park wherever she wants since it is HER clinic and it's not my business to tell her what she can or cannot do. So I called the police on her and took pictures of the van in the spot. She only went to move it after I told her the police were coming. Every time she parks there going forward, I will call the police to ticket her. Unprofessional. No respect for patients. That's like a hospital parking its ambulances in the Disabled spots. Makes no sense. I guess it eludes her that she has a MEDICAL CLINIC and she takes away the only Disabled spot for patients going to the clinic, when she could park somewhere else. And since she was adamant about it being HER clinic, then she should post a "reserved parking" sign for her van on the property, not ILLEGALLY use the Disabled parking spot.
