I have been getting regular tests sometimes once or twice a week at their smile location. The women in that office have all done a really good job creating a positive atmosphere, each visit. I feel like they have taken the time to know me personally.
Both ultrasound techs, the front desk, Heidi with PT, & Adina doing my non stress tests. Thank you ladies for all that you do. Your kindness is noticed and appreciated. (:

It’s really nice to come into a new OB office and be so warmly welcomed. It’s also wonderful to have people who are knowledgeable and thorough taking care of you. I lost a couple babies but you guys made me feel a lot better with all of the kindness I was met with as well as being informed and again, knowledgeable, having answered all my questions without even asking them. From the front desk even, being your first perception and experience of Selah I would say is great all around so far. I have already recommended to friends.

Your office is so beautiful and peaceful. It felt like all of the details, from the colorful and encouraging pens to the decor in the waiting room, were so intentional! Everyone I interacted with was so personable, from the lady at the front desk to the sweet Hispanic MA (I am only mentioning ethnicity so she can be recognized for her bedside manner 😊), and finally the FNP Krystle! Thank you guys so much for making what can be such an awkward first appointment fun and safe!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Kang, Dr. Turner, Nicole Cassedy, and Heidi Concello. All are kind, attentive, and advocate for you as their patient. I just completed a surrogacy pregnancy and I love how I always felt that I was their patient first and foremost. They respected my autonomy as a patient and reassured me every step of the way, they were always watching for mine and my surrogate baby’s well-being. I delivered a healthy baby girl for the couple I carried for and had a great pregnancy.

As a woman in my 70s I feel that the staff at Selah sees me as a whole person. This is important to me. The people at the clinic are welcoming and efficient. The clinic is clean with a very comfortable design.

Was a patient here, never had any problems with the place. Used them for all my gynecology needs. I got pregnant and decided I wanted to go the route of a midwife/home birth. I set up an appointment with them while I searched the area for midwives just in case there weren’t any. I found a midwife and called to cancel that appointment. They asked why and I told them. Not even a week later I received discharge paperwork from the practice. I thought there was no way they were discharging me from the gynecology side of the practice, I assumed it was protocol to discharge me from the obstetrics side since I had an appointment (maybe for their liability?) after I had the baby, I called to get in. I had a bladder prolapse and was needing care. Turns out they discharged me from the practice as a whole. So I went through the referral process to get back in…after over 3 weeks of waiting I called them and they informed me that Dr. Kang rejected my referral. They didn’t even bother to call me to tell me, I had to call to find out. I also asked why to which they would not give me an answer. I knew Dr’s and midwives don’t typically get along but this level of pettiness blows my mind. I made an informed decision and was punished for it. This is the only practice in the area that takes my insurance. What disgusting behavior from a place that’s supposed to be Christian and uphold the priority of patient care whether they agree with how the patient chooses to go about their care. I used them faithfully for all my gyno needs before this, paid all my bills, showed up for all my appointments, etc. Absolutely disappointing.
