Everyone in the office has been so welcoming, and comforting. They make sure you have everything you need and it is truly amazing the work that they do. I had an amazing and healing visit. They are very affordable and they actually want to help you and make sure you leave happy and with ease.

My only disappointment is they weren't front and center on google to let me know I could walk 5 minutes from home to their walk-in office.

Very low key clinic, where everyone is down to earth. We received really good service and were met by really nice and nice people. When you come as a tourist it is always different compared to what you are used to, and it was great to be greeted by friendly and very helpful people.

This office is all about collecting maximum fees and taking advantage of patients in pain in a small town. I was visiting my mother in Sebastopol and was seen by Dr. Flowers for a possible tendonitis or strain in my left shoulder. I was charged for the office fee and injection. The next day I still could not move my arm and hand only. The doctor wrote in her notes that there was significant improvement which is not true. The nurse encouraged me to come in for a follow up where I was charged for five minutes for a full office charge with no new information as she had indicated on the phone call. The nurse could have suggested to wait a few days prior to coming in and bring a charged a full office fee charge. I also requested for the doctor to please call me and she failed to do so. The receptionist Karli said that if I was local they would not have charged me at all. Please make your own assessment that this office takes advantage of patients.

Dr. Flowers was great for my ridiculous hand emergency. They are really versatile with their care as they have an in office X-ray machine which is something not all urgent care facilities have.

I was seen quickly and feel the turnaround was done fairly fast which is something we don't get in Healthcare. I certainly appreciated getting attended to so swiftly and back out into the world to do work.

I highly recommend.

Wonderful clinic. I live in west county and had a health emergency a few months ago, with what later was determined to be a very very bad infection, and was fortunate enough to come across this clinic. Dr Flower recognized the gravity of the situation and immediately took care of me, giving me plenty of her time and attention. The clinic is modern, clean, quiet and well staffed with unusually attentive and friendly people.

This clinic is a seriously refreshing alternative to the doc-in-a-box nature of other urgent care centers, which tend to feel rushed They really listen to you and really do care.

I haven't felt such attentive care, ever, i think, at a medical practice in general. I was so impressed by the care i received that, when i learned that the clinic also offers concierge primary care, i signed up with Dr Flower as my primary provider.

Fantastic clinic and the urgent care is quite affordable. Don't bother with other urgent care centers!
