I’ve been taking my kids to place since they were little and have no complaints. Every doctors office require a little waiting before being called back and this clinic is no exception. Front desk is good at keeping you updated on appt times running behind schedule.

I just recently started seeing a PA here for myself and sooo glad I decided to do so. PA Matthew Fiess has been so helpful navigating some health issues I’ve been having. Not “pushy” with his own beliefs, but instead provides logical options and lets me choose what I feel most comfortable with.

He’s very knowledgeable too. The appointments never feel rushed and he always confirms if we’ve addressed all questions before exiting the room. Very thorough and understanding. He’s seen a few of my kids too and genuinely cares about addressing the problem that he makes a follow up appt in a couple days to make sure symptoms have subsided. Very, very thankful for this healthcare provider!!

I highly recommend Dr LANI and strongly recommend that you DO NOT see Dr RUTH TROTTER! She’s a joke! She seems to always be in a rush! Don’t take patients promblems seriously, and is the rudest Dr that I ever came across! What dr walks out on you mid conversation and acts like you’re waisting their time by being prepared for your visit! Trust me save your time and make sure that’s not the dr you’re seeing! They need to get her out of this office because she makes Seaside family health look bad!

Every time I call or go in person. I'm always treated with kindness and respect 🙏 Dr Lani is very nice and she speaks Spanish and English that's a plus for me.
Dr.Gupta is also a bilingual doctor.
Both of my Doctors are very professional and they answer all of my questions without being rude or careless.
I'm very happy to go to this clinic.
Julio our medical assistant is always polite and kind. Maritza is very sweet and nice. Overall I'm always treated like they do care for me.

Front desk people suck! Rude and always seem angry. If you don’t wish to work find something else to do. On the other hand dentist and assistant were sweet and took their time. But receptionist set the tone of the appointment. Do better

Cindy is very very rude and mean when she talked to me and hang up the phone when i am talking with her. Treating me very bad. I am trying to explain to her my dad has surgery in November 03 this year and she wants to five him an appointment in November 22/2022 and she talked like the owner of this clinic. You should to choose the right person on right position she not qualified enough to talk with the patient. I think she has an issue with the difference race like Middle East people. Again she hang up the phone 2 times and mentioned 2 times i am stupid not understanding and never give a chance to continue my speech. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone because they are losing the trust. Like this person her name is cindy is good example to let the clinic has reputation and losing their patients. I hope the clinic manager take an action with her and learn her how to treat the patient very well not insult them. If she is not able to talk with the patient nicely and professionally she can move her to other position doesn’t have communication with the people.

I have seen so many negative reviews and I can't relate. Our daughter is 2 months old. She sees Virginia Davis who is a p.a. who is by far the best! We opted not to switch her to private insurance just so we could keep going to her. We never wait more than 4 or 10 minutes past our appointment time in the waiting room. Every member of their staff from the desk to the nurses and physicians has been great! I went last week to see my doctor for the first time and she was also great. I always feel that everything is addressed and my Dr even got me in to see a specialist in less than a month that I have been trying to find on my own for 6 months.

*there is a bad part!* When I moved out here and found out I was pregnant I started going here, Dr. Kennedy has been my Dr since. Other than the wait sometimes (which is at every Dr's office) I never had a bad experience. Until now!!!! My daughter was born in July and everything was going fine until they rescheduled her 4 month check-up & shots. It was in Nov changed to Dec ,okay that's fine no biggy. Then they changed it to Feb 23, my daughter would be over 7 months old at this point! I went in to ask about it, they told me I could come early in the morning and do a walk-in. I was pissed to say the least. We have 1 car so I had to wake up extra early to take my bf to work then to drive back to sit in a waiting room for hrs to maybe get seen. All the while completely messing up my daughters morning routine. Granted I did get seen and only in a couple of hrs but this is inexcusable! They should of called and made sure my daughter got seen for her shots, not getting those shots put her well being in danger! I don't care if she got seen by another Dr if that's what needed to be done. I felt like they did not care about my 4 month old baby, and that is not something you want a mother to feel!!!!

If we late even 1 minute they cancel our appointment, they are very very rede and unhelpful employe. Most of the providers are very very angry with kids .
