I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Seale Harris Clinic. First, they break out individual lab charges to minimize what insurance covers, which feels deceptive. I was told that I couldn’t get my medication refilled at my annual free visit because it was considered a check-up, which was incredibly frustrating. Last Friday, I had a 2:15 pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 3:48 pm. While I love Dr. Putnam, Seale Harris Clinic has consistently been one of the worst healthcare facilities I’ve encountered. I really wish Dr. Putnam practiced elsewhere because I don’t think I can continue going back to Seale Harris.

-1 This is the most unprofessional, u reasonable staff members EVER. Very Ghetto. They have no experience with customer service and caring for clients. As a new patient first impressions should be everything I was turned away and not allowed to see a provider because I wouldn’t allow them to take a picture of me for their chart documents. Not to mention the computer system had just been hacked some few weeks ago. This is unreal. I feel very disgusted and disappointed by the lack of support and commitment to servicing the patients. The initial visit was to establish care and get help with a blood pressure that has been 168/104 for the past few weeks….They didn’t care….all they cared about was being right!!!! And the customer is always right

Two stars for quick appointments. The doctor will spend approximately 5- minutes with patients. Very nonchalant with patients. Not thrilled at all. Want you to run in the office for every little thing. The visits are so brief. Had an appointment at 9:30 am. Arrived around 8:40 am- we were back on the elevator at 9:15am. Remind you, this included registration, co-pay, and doctor visit.

Parking is in a multi-level parking deck that is dimly lit and honestly very outdated. I would not feel safe for my handicap wife to go alone.

Dr.James Crenshaw runs his medical clinic and his in-person appointments like a NASCAR pitstop. He retaliated against me after I complained about the lack of time and attention to my progressing ailments; by withdrawing an MRI he ordered the day previously to my complaint.

The more cars (patients) Dr. James Crenshaw can see in one day appears to be far more important than providing quality healthcare a patient comes to expect from his/her doctor.. not their mechanic.

Horrible place. Went there for years. Things changed for the worse. Dr. Jeffrey Clinton did not listen to me about how I was feeling. I had to beg him for CAT, MRI and insurance will pay. The imaging company across the street read all wrong diagnosis along with Clifton. Kept saying that I had pancreas issues. No I was bleeding internally from a year with psuedo anyrisuems attached to my aortic. It was a miracle I made it through it. I threw up blood clots and he told me to take Pepsit. Run from there. They don't care except about $

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been calling for 4 days straight, leaving voicemails, texting their “platform”, messaging through my patient portal with ZERO REPLY!!!!!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY SPINE AND NECK AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. ALL I NEED IS A REFERRAL. JJST ANSWER YOUR PHONE. GET BACK TO ME. Feels like a personal vadeada against me. So absolutely unprofessional. Sorry Dr. Williams and staff. It’s not me, it’s YOU.

Patients beware!! If it’s your first visit they will not bill it as preventative. My Blue Cross covers preventative care 100%. They billed my visit as medical instead of preventative even though I did not receive any care over and above a preventative visit and when I scheduled my appointment I asked for a preventative annual check up. They claim it’s routine to bill a ‘medical new patient visit’. There was no disclosure of this on the front end. I believe they are scamming their patients and insurances. Do not recommend. I won’t be back.
