Amazing experience. Started treatment last month and I can say without a doubt, this clinic (staff and doctor) are extremely good at understanding and helping patients. After dealing with doctors out of the hospital, it is a breath of fresh air to find a doctor and staff who's biggest concern is helping the patient! I will be going here as long as I possibly can.

I love Recharge Clinic; their staff is friendly and professional. I have been using Recharge Clinic since 2019, when I started my testosterone treatment. I now consider Recharge Clinic a one-stop clinic for healthy living and utilize multiple services to maintain my overall health and physical energy. I feel like I am 25, and I am 42 years old, thanks to the support and treatments offered by Recharge Clinic. I have gotten to know most of the staff by name, and I am always treated like a valued client, not just a number. I cannot say enough to express how much I believe being a patient at Recharge Clinic has improved my overall health.

Wow, this was such a poor experience!

I called ahead to see if they had a minimum age to receive treatment. I was hoping to get a vitamin infusion for my teenage sons who are in town for a sports event.

The receptionist said “Yeah, as long as they’re over 12.” They booked an appointment and had me fill out new patient forms.

When we arrived, I personally watched the admin select “patient is a minor” in her booking system.

We then sat and waited for 20 minutes before Erika called us back and told us we couldn’t be seen for our appointment after all because “We don’t treat minors.”

I explained the staff had given me wrong info and that I was frustrated I had wasted my time driving over.

Erika said “Yeah, the front desk people are brand new. They don’t know what they’re doing.” What the heck?!

Her tone was dismissive and condescending, with no acknowledgement that they were at fault for such a basic factual error. I found her attitude to be very unprofessional and immature.

Hopefully management sees this and takes steps to improve training and communication on the team.

I have been a patient at Recharge Clinic for over 8 years and I love this place.. 1st class VIP service every time,,, today I want to give a shout out to Griselle. Giselle gave me a IV and it was the best experience I've every has, no pain, and covered me with a blanket and the position she put the IV in allowed me to fully relax and actually get a power nap in, and the second the IV was done Giselle was there ready to take care of it... Thank you Recharge for being my Fountain of youth, and thank you Giselle for making getting a IV comfortable

Dr Tieche and his staff are fantastic. They are all so pleasant and nice. I’ve been to many doctors in my 63 years, and the Recharge Clinic is by far the best I’ve ever been to. You are treated with kindness and respect. My husband was literally dying, and Dr. Tieche saved his life. We had been to numerous other doctors, who did nothing to help. I have had numerous treatments as well, and I am very pleased. My hormones are balanced, and my thyroid issues have been resolved. Even though we are on Medicare, we consider Dr. Tieche to be our primary care physician. It is evident that he truly cares about his patients and wants to help them. I am still in awe of this place, after going there for almost a year. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for compassionate health care. This place is THE place to go, when it comes to wellness.

I have been going to Recharge Clinic for over four years I started at the main when I relocated to central Florida from Tampa and I have loved it ever since I now go to the Lady Lake location and I absolutely adore Rhonda. She is so honest and so personable and the best injector I’ve ever had I see specials for so many clinics, due to the fact that I’m in the villages, however I would never change from Recharge Clinic because of their service specials And the quality of their injectors, the doctor is wonderful as well. I’ve been seeing him as well. I highly suggest that you give this clinic a try they have specials every month and their black Friday specials are unparalleled. I can’t wait to see Rhonda again every time I go it’s like a mini therapy session and she’s not in a hurry. She takes her time and she suggest reason what you need. Can’t say enough good things about Recharge! 🫶🏼

The two of them have taken time to answer questions and patiently guide us. We are so grateful to have the two of them - and the entire recharge team - in our corner as we walk this path.
