Every time i’ve came in it’s been a great experience. They listen to me and work on the parts of my body i actually need work on. My husband researched and found SCU Health when I became bedridden at times with Fibromyalgia pain. During my first visit with Vaidya Anu, I felt an immediate sense of calm as she guided me through the Ayurvedic process of evaluation. Then, we were spiritually connected when she looked me directly in my eyes and spoke of my childhood traumas while advising me to let go to be able to heal and move forward. My husband was a witness to this and we were both in awe of her ability see my trauma. That was over 5 years ago and, since then, I have been following an Ayurvedic lifestyle which has alleviated my flare ups and presented me with a more positive outlook on life altogether. Because of my progress, I prompted my Mom to book an appointment for treatment of her diabetes diagnosis. Again, properly following the regimen of Vaidya Anu, my mom has been able to reverse her numbers so much so that her primary physician has now taken her off all diabetes medications. We are forever grateful for the services provided by Vaidya Anu and the SCU Health Clinic.

Amazing service from the beginning to end. The intern who worked on my acupuncture was so gentle, kind and knowledgeable! Dr Chou came in a few times and was very informative and I felt I could trust the team. Don't hesitate on coming here because of it being an educational center for students. I got the same treatment here and the interns know what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

They completely fixed my chronic back pain (that worsened with pregnancy) in a just a few sessions. Also such friendly and knowledgeable providers and staff and wonderful students. Integrated health is the key to wellness! I am so thrilled to have found practitioners that focus on the whole person, and allowing the body to heal itself by providing it with the right herbs and practices. I have a diagnosed chronic pain and auto immune disease, and it’s three weeks into my treatment and I am almost completely off my medication’s for that . Also, I feel better and I notice I’m losing a little weight which is just the cherry on top. Here’s hoping for even greater progress to come.

I have been visiting Vaidya Anu’s office since last year, when she started treating my brother who was already on his death bed with prostate cancer stage 4, he could not eat or hold water was skin and bone and in so much pain. I have to say that thanks to her treatment, knowledge, compassion, humanness, sense of humor, and encouragement, my brother is in remission, strong, happy and hopeful. I found out about Vaidya Anu through my Ayurvedic Teacher from Northern California when I was looking for someone to help my sister with RA/Autoimmune issues, I will leave my sister to tell about her experience, but it wasn’t until my own bloodwork showed elevated autoimmune antibodies (along with borderline hypothyroidism, inflammation, low vitamin D/Iron along with other deficiencies and viral infection), that I decided to reach out to Vaidya Anu, scared, and ask her to help me bring my body back into balance. She knew exactly what to do, she put me on a strict diet right away and prescribed me some herbs, monitored me for a month and the second month we did a pancha karma (detox) and at the end of the third month the autoimmune antibodies were negative, I no longer am at threat of hypothyroidism, I no longer have inflammation in my body and my deficiencies are all back up to normal, I feel so much better, I’m happier and I can truly feel that I am much healthier now. I have been seeing Vaidya Anu since February for these issues, once a month, and I drive 4 hours down HAPPILY just to get care from her. Herself, along with the students that I have met have been so patient, so friendly so caring, I can go on and on about them, but they are all amazing and very compassionate human beings that the world definitely needs today. Thank you so much Vaidya Anu, you’ve given me hope again in a world that only cares for profit you’ve shown me that people like you exist who truly just want people to feel good and be healthy!!
