I was there to get an MRI for my wrist. The parking was easy and plentiful. The entry was well lit and accessible. The information desk was helpful in directing me to radiology. The waiting room was pleasant and had good show on the TV. The receptionist was friendly and fun to chat with. The timing for the appointment was spot on.

The MRI trailer was pleasant and the staff was very nice too.

the care I received was amazing and I made sure I thanked everyone that I came in contact with everyone was professional I was on the 2cnd floor , first in room 226 i got moved to room 227 the nurses were on point very knowledgeable the first night i had a pain attack i was shaking and im not going to lie i almost started crying my nures reacted quickly with a shot and it did the trick she even mentioned that i was in pretty bad pain and she saw it she was awesome i wish i could have remembered every single one of their names but i was pretty out of it but please thank them for me again if its possible the chaplain prayed over me that I'll never forget it was awesome he even called me my my name I'll never forget my whole experience at your hospital very professional and knowledgeable and caring thank you

I was so sick 911 to get there. Gave me a coved test. Never told me I had it. Gave me a shoot for vomiting. Worked sent me home. Like I was a hypochondriac would nothing wrong with me. Well a week later had to go to a different hospital. Where that told me I had coved new that right a way . On the computer from when I took my test. Out raged at the level of disrespect . And hurt bad I was very nise and polite at all times. I don't know what I did . I'm 55 and I was coughing up blood. That was probably one of the scariest things that's ever happened to me in my life. They didn't even do a chest x-ray. Needless to say I was admitted to the other hospital a week later. I don't expect anybody to care and I guess I don't expect any change either this is what happens when you're not rich. I never wanted to believe it but it's the truth we really are not given adequate health Care. God bless the good nurses and doctors Thank you so much 🙏

Worst Emergency room I have been in. Not only did they rushed my husband through care, you could tell the doxtor and nurse were judgemental. After xrays and a 400 dollar copay for nothing, they broke hipaa protocol by speaking about diagnosis and meds in front of the waiting room. What a great hospital, not!!! I should speak to a lawyer about this!

I just want to say that I recently had an emergency and went to the ER here. I was subsequently admitted for tests and observation. I was treated with the utmost respect and care, from every single team member that I encountered. My RN "My" was so caring and took the best care of me. I want to thank everyone at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista. Nobody wants to have a medical emergency, but if you do, this great hospital will take the best care of you and give great comfort. Thank you so much.

Excellent hospital, the attention you receive from the staff is quite impressive. The doctors and nurses from the emergency room are very nice. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

The staff in the emergency room were largely ignorant and cold. The doctor didn't seem to genuinely care. I was miserable the whole time I was there. I don't think I could have had a worse experience. If they try to bill me I'm going to take 'em to court.

What a horrible place to go for help. Seriously. It was terrible.
