I had an appointment today, I was called and the representative left a voicemail that stated the doctor didn’t want to see me because she thought I was sick. I am in fact not sick and made this appointment weeks ago (plenty of time to get over the small cold I had when I did set up this appointment). I wanted a physical done and a CBC. I called back to see what was going on and the representative that picked up blatantly lied to me and said the doctor was not in. I informed her about the voicemail I received stating that she was in and she simply did not want to see me at this time. She went to check and told me that the doctor “knows” I’m sick. Very unprofessional as I waited weeks for this appointment and they cancel an hour beforehand. (Note: the bloodwork could have at the very least been done if the doctor didn’t want to see me for the physical. The location in question is the Scripps in Escondido with Dr. Abyari.)

My experience with Elizabeth Saez NP {Set 30 MIN APP}
When she entered the room, she did not greet me with a handshake. I had to initiate the handshake. She asked me the reason for the visit however I asked her I had other concerns in mind. Therefore, she stated she can only assist me with one issue and made a worried facial expression. She assisted me with a minor issue I had and came back to the main concern the appointment was schedule for. As a result, she referred me back to the specialist who was assisting me with my health concern. After, I asked her about other issues I wanted to cover but she stated that I needed to make a follow up appointment with my provider. I keep insisting so she aided me with a weight issue I had but was hesitant to refer me out. Finally, I mentioned to her that I had concerns about acne, so she told me that I needed to make a follow up appointment with my primary. The excuse she used was that she still needed time to put in the referral and do a check on my body. The total interaction time I had with her was fifteen minutes. In summary, the service she provided is poor and I will never make and appointment to see her again.

I love them! I have had SCMG (sharp) and they suck they never have appointments. I switch to Scripps because of my type of insurance and I was scared at first not knowing what I was getting myself into but I'm so glad I did. they always have available appointments not like sharp that you have to wait weeks or months just to see your doctor. I have DR. Ochoa as my primary and he really is amazing love his MA I don't know her name but she is always so nice when taking vitals. I also have OBGYN services with them and Dr. Purcott she was also amazing! her staff in the back is great always get to me with result info or anything that is updated as far as ultrasounds or labs. they are all great at Escondido in Rancho Bernardo is not that great 🙁

Never been able to see my assigned doctor, and it's been years. I had an issue last week and wanted to see a doctor while the issue was flaring up, and they won't get you in. Scheduled an appointment for 10am today, and they said my appointment was at 8:20am. I would never make an appointment that early, I live far away in the country. Rescheduled me for Friday, so my appointment will be 9 days from the original date I called while I was in extreme pain. Very frustrated!!! Guess it's best to just go straight tot he ER when I'm sick.

I was told i not a response from Scripps but there is no return address. Is this real? Why can’ti talk to my healthcare giver regarding this review? Is this s as Google scan? Did my provider get this, 90! People read this but did they
Love everything about this clinic. Love my doctor, Dr Ahmed, and my physician assistant, Happy, who is so kind. Never wait past appointment time. Very safe environment.

Horrible, atrocious service. Ageism at its WORST! My 95 year old grandma was admitted last week after she fell and hurt her elbow. They did X-rays and the ER dr looked them over, put her arm in a sling and sent her back to the retirement community she lives in. The X-rays clearly show her elbow is SHATTERED and is considered a trauma injury that requires immediate surgery so now she has to hunt down an outside specialist that can do. I can’t imagine how many other elderly people have been sent home without proper care. Disgusting and super disappointed.

I can never get an appointment with my assigned doctor. Tried to get my daughter seen but was told she could not be seen until end of September by anyone.... So I had to take her to urgent care for walking pneumonia. Unacceptable!

Went here for a glucose test they didnt tell me until 45 min later that i was in the wrong place and that i had to go down one floor.. Walked in for an appointment and one of the girls said i was in the right place so i was very confused. They were very rude, thank god that isnt my normal place because i felt so unwelcomed. One of the ladys that worked there kept getting mad at people and yelling sounded like she didnt even want to be there, absolutely ridiculous.....
