I will admit I’m not an open person. Meeting Scotty has been amazing and he is a fantastic therapist. I’m so grateful to have come across him. He has help me in so many ways. If I had any recommendations he is number 1 and anyone looking for a good one this is your guy. He is understanding, listen to every detail and comes up with great practices to try at home. Scotty has been great for mine & my husband's marriage! We came to Scotty during a rough patch, but with encouragement and the perspective Scotty has given us we are almost a year past our rough patch and on our way to a much stronger marriage.You can expect to smile & laugh even during the hardest of times with Scotty! Went to scotty for couples counseling. We really enjoy his methods! He keeps it light when possible considering we are discussing a difficult subject. He did well as being our mediator which we needed. I feel like we made progress fairly quickly with his guidance. Do not expect him to change a whole person's personality! Only God can do that. He helped us work on listening skills and learning our partner and their needs. I really liked that before we met he gave us individual questionnaire that asked about why we were seeking therapy. We followed up with a joint appt followed up by individual appointments to hear each partners side of the story before he brought us back together to discuss it all. Overall I was very impressed with the whole process.
