I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place is honestly ridiculous. Waited an hour and a half to get strep results, the nurses were very rude and not helpful at all. Got the door slammed on me and Left because of how ridiculous it was and Not to mention, I didn’t even get my results even tho they charged me copay. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Funny how you’re not supposed to withhold test results yet they did anyways ‍♀️if you go here, be sure to have your time and money wasted!

I got one word to describe this office that awesome. The front receptionist is always cheerful and makes my day from the start. The nurses all of them have the same approach they are professional and make you feel like you are human not just a number.Cody is amazing she actually cares for he patients. Doc always addresses my concerns and needs even ask how my family is. Never had to wait on medicine in and out. Ashley goes above and beyond her job and I would not trust anyone else with referrals.

Took my friend to a Dr appointment here and very unprofessional They are very loud and the receptionist is very rude. They make videos while other patients are around and she has even heard them make fun of people. She heard them making fun of a girl that works there. The girl was very sweet. I don’t know if she still works there but they need an attitude adjustment and need to act like adults. I am just warning
People. Very unprofessional and will make fun of patients.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. When we walked in we had to wait at least 30 minutes before seeing the doctor even though there was only one other patient there. Then when we got back to see the doctor; we only saw him for 2 minutes. And his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. And on top of that, I'm still waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. I was told by his office that he does prescriptions at the end of the day unlike other doctors who do it at the time you see them. Please whatever you do, go to someone else if you can. Save yourself a lot of grief.

I have had this doctor (Ismail)for several years. He has treated a variety of issues from infections to dizzy spells. He is reserved and does not talk when it is not necessary. I feel like he is a good doctor that cares for his patients. And yes, he definitely looks at patient records.

The worst Dr. I have ever seen. All he cares about is getting as many people in as possible for the money. My insurance made me see him for over a year. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and he refused to even test me. Said that it was all in my head. Finally I decided to go to a different doctor. They did bloodwork right away and within two days it came back positive for rheumatoid arthritis. A simple test and he refused to do it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! GO TO AN URGENT CARE
I originally gave this practice a stellar review. However, after begging Dr. Ismail to examine my neck and his refusal to do so which ultimately ended up with me in the ER in Ga. with a severe infection that was headed to my brain, this Dr needs to be held accountable and his license under review. He said that I needed a referral to a neurologist after a cranial x-ray. I waited and waited, not a word from anyone. I then called and was told that they had not sent a referral to anyone. So I did their job by calling a neurologist. I then call them to tell them who to send it to. They tell me that there was nothing in my chart saying that I needed a referral. There is good reason as to why Alabama is number 50 in education and 48 in healthcare. This is the most illiterate state I have ever seen in my life. It's like waking up to the set of The Walking Dead everyday.

Went to this office for an upper respiratory infection and shortness of breath, not one staffmember listened to my breathing. (Should've had been the 1st thing)
This office is very thorough for strep, flu, COVID, etc.
Great doc in the box when u need a shot! If you cant make it to your family physician and dont wanna pay outrageous copays at the ER and spend 12 hours there. This is your man
Plus the nurse practitioner is so fine! ?
