Dr. Dieguez and his staff are a breath of fresh air! It was probably the first time ever I did not feel rushed! In fact, my husband and I made joint appointments and were there for about two hours for a very comprehensive first visit and were able to ask the Doctor as many questions as we needed to! We look forward to our follow up appointment to now go over everything! It's great having someone so accessible in the neighborhood!

I recently had a general physical check-up at Doctor English's Office, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called to make the appointment, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule me for a time that worked for me, even though I was having trouble finding appointments at other locations.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the staff and checked in quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor.

The doctor was very friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. She also performed a thorough physical exam and explained everything she was doing in a way that I could understand.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Doctor English's Office. The staff was friendly and helpful, the doctor was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt like I received excellent care. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to others.

I love going to this office and my doctor Dr. Dieguez is the best. He is friendly and good at what he does, but at my next appointment, I need to talk to him about the ladies answering the phone. Some of the ladies are not answering the phone like you calling a business. They answer the phone like they would answer their phone. I called to make an appointment earlier today (4/8/24) This lady didn't even say good morning or inform me that I was calling Dr. Scott's English office. She made me feel uneasy talking to her on the phone, so I didn't make the appointment. I work with people and see almost 10,000 people a day 6 I have to remain professional at all times with a smile. PLEASE TEACH THE LADIES IN THE FRONT HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE. IT IS A BUSINESS NOT YOUR PHONE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE 😃.

I visited Dr. Scott today and my experience was absolutely amazing! Everyone including the nurses and Doctors were so welcoming, patient and thorough. I would Highly recommend!

BEWARE IF YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION. I made a appointment a month ago for the sole purpose of getting a prescription. My appointment was Tues, and I double checked with the receptionist to ensure the prescription went to pharmacy. No prescription, I call weds, office was closed but was told the doctor when get the message first thing Thurs. Thursday no call, no prescription. I called and they said someone would contact me ASAP. guess what, no call, no prescription. So I go up there, and no apologies, no sense of urgency. I don't have time to do my job and pay others to make sure they are doing there job. I realize ppl make mistakes, but own it, apologize and make it your first priority to fix it.
