My wife recently broke her foot. She tried crutches, a cane, and a walker. She could not get used to any of these things. I called Scooters Plus and Tom was very accommodating. He had a knee scooter for rent and my wife is very happy using it. Also, the rental price was $20 less than his main competitor. I will recommend Scooters Plus to everyone I know.

Awesome experience!!
I simply cannot say enough good things about dealing with Tom at Scooters Plus. My Mom's scooter was broken and he was the only guy (after calling half a dozen local shops and the manufacturer) to offer to walk me through fixing it, over the phone, instead of trying to charge us a service call, for a 25 year old scooter.

Though we were able to get it to limp along, it still wasn't right, so we decided to visit the store. Tom was welcoming and gracious. He spent the time to speak with her and determine what she really needed. Most importantly, he was understanding and he DID NOT try to oversell her!

Ultimately, we purchased a new scooter, and he not only delivered it on the same day, but he recycled the old unit, for us.

If your loved one needs a scooter, and you want somebody that will take the time to understand their needs, and go the extra mile, go visit Tom at Scooters Plus!!

I highly recommend Scooters Plus. My grandson is severly disabled and thanks to Tom, he knew exactly how to help him enjoy the beach. Tom is not just knowledgable but a pleasure to work with on all levels. My whole family feels lucky and grateful to have Tom and Scooters Plus as a terrific resource.

Initially the experience was average when I rented a knee scooter from Scooters Plus. As I took the scooter to my car I noticed the front right wheel was wobbly. Upon further examination I noticed the front wheel was zip tied in multiple places. I took a photo of this immediately. I tried to return the scooter but from the time i left the store to realizing what was happening, Thomas had left in the work van. While my son was using the scooter, due to his broken foot, the front right wheel fell off. Thomas said bring it in. My wife brought the broken scooter in and immediately Thomas began blaming us. He returned our money and said he would not rent us another one. All I asked him was to be honest. Sadly he was not. If you want to be taken advantage of and rented faulty equipment, Scooters Plus is a perfect place to visit. Very sad situation.

I had 3 pleasant encounters with Scooters Plus. The gentleman spent time with us and was courteous. They warmly called when it was time to renew or return equipment. Judging by these reviews, I either happened to catch him on a good day on 3 separate occasions or this isn't the same person we are reviewing. I have his business cards and would gladly recommend Scooters Plus to others.

We rented a motorized beach wheelchair from here for our recent vacation on Sanibel Island. Tom was reliable, knowledgeable and courteous. The whole rental from start to finish was seamless. I am so thankful I found Scooters Plus to rent from, because I was able to fully enjoy the beach in a way that I haven’t been able to for many years. Thank you for what you do, Tom! So nice , professional , funny, Some times it helps to laugh. Tom Arnold was able to give some levity to my dads mobility issues with some humor. Thank you Tom and your staff with the light hearted way you talked with us and my Navy Veteran father and my mother. You have been a total professional. We know Medicare does not pay for these things for us. It was comforting to know this scooter company does their own service . So for what itis worth Tom Arnold has been a total pleasure to us.
